Overpriced cafe type food with poor service. Spent $200 for two people on Valentine's day without any alcohol since the only thing available on that day is a $128 set for two (with just a couple choices of mains range $20-$30 normally). Dessert sucks as well and there is even no filtered water. Cant believe this restaurant is called HIGH... More

Worst experience EVER! Ordered a lava cake and there was a hair under the cake!! Not a single apology from any of the staff. They just took it away and came back with another cake, that's it. Never ever coming back to a place with no hygiene and bad attitude.

Whether you have a craving for dessert or not, High Society is just the place to relax and indulge oneself after visiting Marina Bay Sands. We have been to MBS umpteen number of times and regardless of the restaurant we go for food, we only go to High Society for the desserts. The cakes are soft and moist and the... More

We had a hot chocolate ($9SGD) and 2 pieces of cake ($12 each), all of which were underwhelming. The cake was so dry and tasteless- very disappointing. The hot chocolate was made from chocolate syrup, so it just tasted fake and sugary. So disappointing, especially for the price.

We were lured into High Society by the cupcake and macaroon case and decided to just go ahead and sit down to enjoy a read dessert. Cupcake was good, not great, cappuccino was excellent. Service was good but not too much attention.

Late night and walked past, all the yummy cakes and macaroons lured us so we ordered some. All were ok, just. Cakes were a tad dry and dense tasting. Macaroons a bit the same. The hazelnut ice cream was good.

The pastries are simply not good at all and very expensive. The venue is nice but I can't emphasize enough on how the price is way too high given the very low quality.

I came here for lunch and decided to do the two course option for $26. I got the caesar salad and then the mushroom fungi pasta. Both of which were very good. The service was a little lackluster but I guess that's why they have a call button on the table in order to get their attention. I finished with... More

Staying in Marina Bay

Neighbourhood Profile
Marina Bay
More of a mini city than a neighbourhood in the traditional sense, the iconic Marina Bay aims to dazzle and entertain visitors of all kinds. This is the Singapore found in glossy brochures, featuring a world-class hotel, casino, shops, restaurants, bars, and other attractions all geared towards pure entertainment. The SkyPark at Marina Bay Sands provides a stunning view of the city, a must-see photo opportunity for visitors and locals alike. The ArtScience Museum always has a top-quality exhibition, and Gardens by the Bay is a fascinating manifestation of the government’s vision of Singapore as a “city in a garden”. Enticing Marina Bay is well worth a visit.
