So, after an excellent salmon main and fish n chips main washed down with a good Ipa I was surprised to be told "no coffee, no hot drinks". The manager then expanded on this to say that owner "did not believe" customers wanted coffee after their meal...really, I mean seriously??? So what if you make "80%" of your sales on... More

Good cocktails! Expensive of course, but it's Clarke Quay :) This year I see the decreasing of customers. Don't know why. But i see not so good cover band there in April 2017. Bad noisy sound making a head to blow up. You need a good music band that can play some "national" themes e.g. korean, chinese, russian songs -... More

Back agin to Singapore for a business trip and of course we need to meet up with colleagues. So where do we meet??? Well the local guys knows where to go :) The Highlander was a very good choice for some light food and cold beers without too loud music. Sure we will come back.

We went there for a nice whiskey and a cigar. There is an outside option where you can smoke and enjoy your Whiskey. The staff is great in explaining about the products and very helpful. The Whiskey menu is enormous and well equiped. The prices are still ok for Singapore. All in one.... go there if you are a Whiskey... More

I ordered a glass of Yamazaki 12y. The bill came to more than what was printed on the menu. I pointed this out to the first waitress who ignored my comment. I showed the menu and receipt to the second waitress who had also tried to ignore me at first. She eventually came out to explain they forgot to update... More

Went twice to this bar/restaurant for dinner. It's very nice to sit outside and eat and watch everything going on in Clarke quay. The wait staff were excellent and friendly. No complaints on anything I ate - lamb shanks, Thai beef salad and the garlic prawns were all very yummy.

Everything in this place is great. The ambience, the service. Even with high volume of customers, the staffs can still entertain promptly. Despite the busyness , the staff can still serve you with a smile. That's why my friend gave the staff named Tina a tip of S$50, as we are really satisfied with the service. We really enjoyed. Highly... More

- The place can make you nostalgic if you have been to shady bars in Manila or lucky plaza. -The bouncer standing at the entrance didn't like my face and asked to pay 50 bucks for cover whereas a lot my blessed pals(bright skin :-) ) could enter without paying anything. - Drinks were fine but service was lame. -... We had a perfect service from Steven , with very good acknowledge on whiskey and local beer brewing. The local Scottish ale is a perfect match for an evening beer.
