Ate here for breakfast and lunch on 4 days (as part of a conference delegate) and dinner on 1 night. Food and service was very good. Very fresh, high quality ingredients prepared and cooked well.

We stayed at the Ritz and opted to dine in due to the rain. We had a relaxed, delicious meal. They did a better job with seafood than meat. Excellent service.

We had a great meal at Estro. There were plenty of vegetarian options and the service was great. We ordered a large cheese plate, a salad, and a few other appetizers to share. Everything was great including the wine!

After a full day visiting, we decided to have dinner at the hotel. We sat outside (they had heaters because it was chilly). The restaurant is very beautiful and at night, looked very romantic. They had a terrific singer with a guitar player accompanying her as music. We truly enjoyed the food. Great calamari appetizer for my husband, my ceviche... More

The food was always amazing, we keep going back for more. We also had our family (6 adults) Christmas Dinner - 5 courses with matching wines...absolutely amazing! the service was excellent... More

Good food at good prices. Only the wait staff needs a little training. Nice ambiance. Good wine selection.

I've been to this restaurant on my last stays at the Ritz, and it was wonderful. This time, although not staying at the Ritz, my family still chose to go to the restaurant for its exquisite chilean flavours. Food was excellent. To our surprise, the restaurant changed its setting, now more spacious and less crowded seating arrangements. The menu improved,... More

We arrived early evening in Santiago after a very long day of travel. We were staying at the Ritz and since Estro is located right in the Ritz we decided to eat dinner there. It was a delicious and fun evening. The outside eating area was busy and very lovely with a nice atmosphere. Our waiter, Manuel, was super friendly... More

We usually try to explore the area around the hotel, but given that it was a Sunday and we were tired from our travels we opted for hotel dining. Very happy! The menu is eclectic with the freshest of ingredients. They started us off with Pisco Sours which is the national drink, we enjoyed an amuse, and it went from... More
