The place is nice and cozy. The ladies who wait the tables were very helpful. The food was good but the prize is out of range for this kind of restaurant.

We scored with this restaurant. It is adorable and the food was quite tasty. Nice ambiance inside and out. Beautiful outdoor seating but we ate inside where it was cooler and still lovely. We tried a new spice, merquén which is smoky and awesome. They were so sweet and sent us home with some. Love them.

It's been a long while since we last came, and where a little disappointed when they told us that they didn't have "elf fingers", but once the main dishes arrived all was forgiven. I tried the black fettuccine and was beyond all my expectations, and so was my wife's merluza. And to top it all, the "leche nevada" was just... More

Excellent food, relaxed ambiance and good service. Successfully revisits classic chilean food with a twist. 100% advisable.

Patagonic decoration and feeling .... though in the capital city of Santiago, original menu, fine and delicious food, warm and friendly setting. The drinks are five stars. The menu has not changed since long, even so you still choose the place to enjoy the delciacies again.

I went with some friends to this place. The place is relatively reserved and always full so you need to make reservations. What a surprise. The food is exquisite. In general, options for selection are fish/seafood, some pasta and meat. The atmosphere is like if you were in a fancy log cabin of some ski resort- The place aims to... More

We had dinner at the terrace, nice place, little light, an excellent option for summer time. All in wood, they have beautiful old trees by the terrace, the place is nice. I tried the Asado de Tira, it was wonderful, delicious, don't miss it. It is an expensive restaurant, and they don't accept credit cards, be prepared with cash or... More

Amazing food and great attention. My mother in law eat the Garron de Cordero and me and my wife each had the Asado de tira. Both plates were amazing. It was my sons birthday and he ordered milk rice as desert. I attached a foto for you to see how nicely it was decorated for him.

My family and I live in San Francisco where the locals here are known for their food and wine snobbery. Having said that, Element is one of my all time favorites. I don't speak Spanish, so the owners actually came out, personally greeted me and helped me with the menu. Boy am I glad they did! It started with one... More
