The food is not good enough for wait more than 45 minutes, specially at lunch. There are better places around.

There is really nothing to rave about. The service was slow even though it was not busy. The food was not great. It was tasteless especially the rice. The proportion of rice to sauce was lacking. I had to leave the tasteless rice as there was not enough sauce to go with it. The spicy food was really not. The... More

Overall, I was quite disappointed with my one visit to this restaurant. The fusion of south american and Japanese cuisine is a great concept, but this just misses the mark for me. In the creation of fusion foods, the goal is to make something new, and arguably better better than the 'parents'. Here, i'd much rather have a just a... More

We had heard this restaurant served the best sushi around. It is based in the Costenera shopping centre in Santiago centre. The staff were very friendly and spoke some English. The menus were also available in English. We ordered nori tempura, teriyaki chicken and hot and spicy chicken. Wow, the food was amazing. Hot fresh, light and delicious. With drinks... More

First time for us (me and my girlfriend) in a Nikkei restaurant. I must say we were impressed. Of course, it is *not* traditional sushi, thus one should not expect that it tastes like that. All in all: very interesting flavors, nice service, and reasonable price.

Desperate for something Asian, tried this so called Jap Peruvian fusion. The decor is fresh and modern, service staff cannot speak English except for one. Ordered the sushi and California rolls, taste was bland and all have cream cheese (queso crema) in them, guess they cannot get the Jap mayonnaise. The only thing that tasted real was the soya sauce.... More

It was the third and fourth time I had lunch and enjoyed again. The restaurant it is on the Cerro El Plomo street 5680-Santiago-Chile. Try the Rolls Nikkei, Cevichero, Salmon Sashimi 12 cuts. The best was Trilogy Ceviche, mixed Wok. To appetizer has parched Maiz (Chile´s corn). You will not regret. Cool place in the financial district of Nueva Las... More

First, the girl outside told us they had happy hour, but the garçon told us it was not happy hour day, bad start. They where late with the food drinks and check. They should hire better and more people to serve

I went many times to this place. Food is amazing! Their Pisco Sour as well. I never miss a good Pulpo al Olivo (Octopus with cold olive sauce). I also like the way the restaurant is decorated - very original. Service, on the other hand, must be improved.
