We found this restaurant on Tripadvisor, it was a bit difficult to find as the location on Tripadvisor does not match the real location. But once you find it, you will not regret it! For us one of the best mexican restaurants ever, we had combos for 9,5$, they were excellent value for money. So if you are in this... More

stopped by here last evening to get out of the rain and have a beer, They had a good looking menu which I will probably revisit in the next couple days. The food looked very good and the chips and guacamole that came with my beer were great! Of note, they have some verifiable home made hot sauce that is... More

Located at "La Zona" or "Plaza Foch", this has been a traditional tex-mex restaurant in Quito, well known for classic margaritas, individual serve or pitcher style, food always fresh and no need to wait to be served, main dishes are Fajitas (meat, chicken or mix), Chimichangas, Tacos, Enchiladas, but we always prefer Combo Menus, which include two main dishes, black... Casual Mexican food, try a combo tacos and chimichanga or burritos or enchiladas, we also had a vegetarian enchilada. Good presentation of the plates, located in the tourist are Maniacal. Good and friendly service. The combos cost 8.50 USD.

While the prices were inexpensive, and the service was nice, the food wasn't really good. The Mexican food was really simple, only meat and no vegetables. I would definitely try to search for a different Mexican restaurant in the area.

One of the best mexican food restaurants in Quito. I tried the Chimichanga it was really nice. Prices are average, but I think is worth the money.

The restaurant looks like a typical Mexican joint but the food is pretty bad. I had the beef fajitas. The meat was a tinge grey and over salted. The staff was very nice but the poor food didn't make up for it.

We had dinner here on our first night in Quito. The place looks nice and the feel of it was great until we got our food like 3 minutes after ordering...How is that even possible to cook fresh food in a couple of minutes? Nothing really tasted anything and it felt like everything was microwaved. Start cook as people order,... More

Food was incredibly bland, and I don't just mean not spicy as other reviewers have said. Ordered the mixed enchiladas - the meat in each one was plain and unseasoned, barely warm, and had a slice of partially melted cheese on top. The enchilada sauce was merely tomato sauce, not seasoned at all. Same with the salsa - no seasoning... More
