We had excellent meals here on two occasions whilst staying nearby. Very welcoming and friendly, with the advantage of being a little quieter than many of the others. Would certainly recommend it.

Cute little restaurant in La Ronda. We tried the typical Ecuadorian plates with lomo and chicken. Each plate came with a salad, avocado, rice, potato and an egg. The aji sauce served went perfectly with the dish.

We ended up here because the restaurant across the street wasn't open yet. Maybe it was because it was a Monday night but the hostess seemed to be alone and it took about 2 hours for the whole meal, but the food was very good. They were very helpful with finding a vegetarian option for my mom and were very... More

Staying in La Ronda for several nights we walked the pedestrianised area most evenings and were fortunate to find this delightful restaurant on day 2. We returned on every other night as the hospitality and food were the best in the area. Despite our lack of Spanish and the hostess (Victoria) speaking very little English we were able to converse... We were here on a quiet evening in January. The setting is great with several indoor and outdoor options. They serve several good local dishes. Service was personal and family style, with a hug from the owner when we left !

My husband had his birthday while we were on our honeymoon in Quito. We think our couch surfing host called ahead to let them know because when we arrived they had a lovely little happy birthday banner hung over the loveliest table. Not only did the owner come to saranade my husband, but they also gave us complimentary canelazo and... More

At the beginning I really appreciated this place. The decoration is fine, and the owner looks professional. I ordered cuy or guinea pig for $22 and seabass in shrimp sauce for $11.9. It took a while to fry or roast a pig, and the owner told me that it would take about 40 minutes, and I would be served with... More
