I absolutely love going to Edo! The service is great, sushi is fresh - made on the spot, unlike other famous sushi restaurants in Quito - and their rolls are made with exotic ingredients. I would definitely recommend Edo to anyone who would like to eat great sushi for reasonable prices.

I visited this place once before and it was great, but today the food was terrible. We asked them to bring us all the rolls without any dairy but when the food came it had cheese and milk based sauces. Later when we asked them about it they said "sorry we already made them" so we had to pay for... More

We continue to eat here every couple of months (it's 3 hours from our home) and find that it still compares favorably with the cuisine of Nobu and that of Doug Rodriguez. We eat mostly ceviche-types of dishes which borrow heavily from the Japanese sashimi tradition and have probably eaten every dish on their menu that uses raw fish.

Edo offers great sushi, the peruvian fusion makes it unique, however its not the best in town but I would rate it second best after Hanzo.

On our 7th visit to Edo, we found both the food and service continue to be excellent. At this point, we have eaten almost everything on their menu and cannot find anything wanting. Paradoxically, the sushi seems better than the ceviches. The ceviches are very good but the sushi is excellent. It compares very favorably with New York's and San... More

Great place for sushi peruvian fusion style. I loved the "acevichado roll" and all the recommendations, owner is always surveilling tables and personnel, so the service is very good.

Tour de rigueur when I visit Quito. They execute the famous Japan-Peru fusion in great fashion. If you are on a budget, take advantage of the $17 lunch menú: appetizer+soup+two half-rolls+dessert+drink.

Edo Sushi bar its a restaurant of sushi and mostly peruvian food. Its not cheap but there its a sort of variety that impacts the visitors, we went with young and parents of friends, they were happy, I love the acevichado roll and my friend was more than happy with the tepanyaki meat. Parmesano roll was simple for me, but... More
