I have been to Inca a couple times in my visits to Cuenca. I'm always impressed with the individualized service, quality of food and restaurant atmosphere. Most recently I ordered "create your own burrito" and it was by far the BEST burrito I've ever had! The burgers are top notch and the best value in Cuenca. You can trust this... More

I've eaten here several times with local regulars. Food and service is very good. Burgers are tasty and available in small, medium, and large - the medium burgers are quarter-pound plus. I've also ordered a large taco which was indeed very large and very good. The fried potatoes are chips, also good. Craft beers and, of course, the local Pilsener... More

The owner seems cool. The waitress was alright but the prices on drinks and food are outrageous. Too many places to visit with better food, drinks, and service to go back. Best burger- not even close was not cooked to order and got me sick.

You won't be disappointed with the food or service. Best burgers around. There are lots of expats there to give advise if you are a first time visitor to Cuenca. Everything is well priced and we like being down by the Tomebamba River.

I don't necessarily mean dive bar in a bad way. I stopped for a beer late Sunday PM. Mike the owner was very pleasant and hospitable but over all the atmosphere is hard-drinking ex-pats. Sometimes my thing ... beer a little more expensive than other places. Maybe river location, maybe ex-pat clientele. Did not eat so rely on other reviews.

A bit grimy. Nice place to visit with mostly American gringos. Look, it's very average but honestly there are nicer places to hang out while paying $5 USD for a pint.

I really enjoyed Inca. It is filled with members of the expat community, travelers and Ecuadorians. Their are 3 TVs Inside and out, that blast American And international sports events. It is loaded with chairs, tables and of course the bar to watch your favorite teams. The food was surprisingly good. They have burgers, Tex Mex, vegetarian Etc, etc. The... More

Went here a couple nights ago and had the quesadilla and the chili and beans. Both were incredible. It's a small place overlooking the river with a mostly gringo crowd. Good hangout place.

This restaurant/bar is a little hard to find but well worth the effort. We actually went there on Thanksgiving the first time, and the food and service was outstanding. I think my burger was the best I have had in Cuenca! They also have great nachos and a really good chimichanga. The seating is really comfortable and they have a... More

This is the best bar I've visited in Cuenca. Besides having great affordable food I felt welcomed right away while striking up conversations with both ex-pats and Ecuadorians. The bands that play open mic have been great to watch ( tons of talent here) and there's plenty of plasma to watch American sports... Go Pats!
