My boyfriend and I have a Friday tradition of trying a new pizza place in an attempt to find the best pizza around. We just recently took a trip to Peru and stumbled across this cute little joint. What an amazingly pleasant surprise. This is literally the best pizza we have ever eaten and I am very upset it's located... More

Pizza Carlo is popular. I dined with a group of almost twenty people. We filled the restaurant. Fortunately, we arrived in time to be seated. Many others were not so lucky. My tip is to arrive early if you are dining with a group. A pizza restaurant seemed an odd choice for dinner in Cusco. However, I am glad that... More

Fresh pizza is baked in a wood-burning stone stove. The place is simple, clean and cozy, and the "Carlo" pizza was delicious

This was just around the corner from our hotel. Not the largest of places but the host was great and very welcoming. We went there after our trip to Machu Picchu so tired and wanted a quick eat. We had a lovely prepared pizza and cold beers which lead to another pizza not because it was small but because it... More

Went here after the Inca Trail. It was perfect!! The owner was really friendly, and the atmosphere was nice. The pizzas are baked in a real stone oven. The chef was really organized with everything and the pizzas tasted great! Would highly recommend if looking for a great pizza place! Ask for extra garlic ;)

We were craving pizza so thought we'd try LaPizza Carlo. It is a very small pizzeria making it a cozy experience. The food was prepared basically in front of us as there's no kitchen and the wood oven made for nice ambiance. The pizza was delicious and the salad was fresh, with lots of avocado and lots of flavor. Carlo... More

Wanted a change from Peruvian food for dinner during one of our five nights in Cusco. Came across this tiny Pizzeria and looked in and was warmly beckoned inside by the owner. There were probably only five small tables and we shared the small room with the chef and his wood oven as well as the owner and his bar... More

Lovely light, crisp pizzas in a cosy little nook of a place. It isn't as cheap as it could be and, apart from the oven, it doesn't have many facilities, i.e. a decent-sized fridge, but it was the place our two young sons brought us back to 3 times!

This was a welcome change from the other tourist restaurants in Cusco that sell low quality food for high prices. The pizza was fantastic! Even with my poor Spanish, we were able to order a pizza with custom toppings that came out perfectly. Quick, friendly service. The restaurant is small, making it warm and cozy on a chilly Cusco night.... More
