Visited twice during a recent Cusco stay. First time was ok. Second time the young male counter hand and the female barista barely had time to deal with customers - their own conversations were way too important and time consuming. Consequently the queue was ridiculously slow. Ordered coffee and two empanadas. One empanada came hot, the other was cold inside.... More

This Starbucks is surprisingly big with lots of different comfortable seating areas. Unfortunately their oven was not working when we were there. Staff could communicate in English, bathrooms are good. You need to walk up a flight of stairs to get to the Starbucks, but it's worth it. Nice view of the main square.

Nothing special. Prices are way above the average, I would recommend on going to a more local place.

Waited 20 minutes to place my order for two coffees then a further 10 minutes for the coffee to be made... yawn. No system at the till. Coffee poor. View good. Toilets and seating area dirty and unloved.

Just your normal Starbucks, nothing to write home about. Try something local while you are here instead of your favorite drink of habit!

Can surely expect coffee at starbucks standard. The view is great...right across the church. Sometime have lunch promotion...a sandwich for 5.5 sol!

Normally I love being at Starbucks, but this one is different. Wifi is good and coffee is as expected, but toilets were REALLY dirty and discussing. Also it is more expensive than Starbucks in e.g. Lima. Last thing is that several items we wanted were sold out. We visited several times and the experience was the same all times. I'm... More

I live in Cuzco, and the wifi is always a little iffy here. However, Starbucks always allows me to connect and get my work done! The atmosphere is nice, and the staff is always friendly. It reminds me of home, all the way in Ohio :)

I don't like to rate inexpensive chains, but after a week of DARK Peru coffee, we found this reminder of home. Everything was exactly as in the USA, which was what we wanted. Sounds strange to not want the local culture, but this delicious coffee was just we needed. OK, back to Peru coffee and food.

Great interior with plenty of seating. A tall americano goes for around $2.30 which is pricey. Also no drip coffee available at least the day I went there.
