I sought this place out as it has great reviews on TripAdvisor. But I am totally confused as to what people like about this place. The food is bland, incredibly simple, and well over priced. Having just spent a week in Arequipa having menu del dia feeds at a fraction of the cost and more than thrice the flavour I... More

This small and cosy restaurant close to our hotel was recommended to us by our Dutch tour agent. Our group of 8 was warmly welcomed by Selia. The restaurant has a capacity of max. 20 people and has a warm, family atmosphere. We kicked off the meal with a tasty Pisco cocktail with ginger - delicious! Our group ordered a... More

We come here often. This place is really a cusqueño one, with local people serving typical dishes. Especially the lunch menus are at a very fair price and satiably. And it is in the historical centre, in San Blas.

With the help of Tripadvisor I’ve found this address. The restaurant is small and simple but the food is delicious and the people are very friendly. My alpaca saltado was perfect and the chaufa de quinoa of my wife was even better. Plus 2 bottles of mineral water for a total of 62sol. If you know that Alpaca Saltado costs... More

Very good and fresh food, nice family athmosphere, well served. Easily to walk to from plaza des armas (Cusco center). Warm inside the cosy restaurant during cold evenings.

We enjoyed a very good dinner, and after that we decided to take a cooking course the next day. Seledonia , a very sweet and friendly woman , took us to the real market ( not the one for tourists) and teached us to prepare a fabuleus meal with guinnypig. To put it in the shared community oven we had... More

We stumbled upon this place on a dark and rainy night and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and the fact that it truly is a family restaurant with everyone in the family helping out. Definitely recommended!

We stumbled upon this small family restaurant and I had to come back again because it was the best meal I had in my 3 weeks in Peru! The quinoa coated chicken is AMAZING. Such great food and atmosphere.

We did a cooking class with Seledonia. To buy all our groceries, we went to a typical market where she showed us around. The food we made afterwards was really good. She definitely is a really great chef because who else can teach other people to make such a perfect dish?! I loved it and recommended this place already to... More
