Didn't have a good experience here sadly. Quite hard to get the attention of the staff through our meal which was irritating. At one point he waitress came over and ignored a spilt drink without even offering tissues or anything to clear it! Food was extremely average -don't get the club sandwich was far from how it should be made.

This is my other go to restaurant in Iquitos. They have an espresso bar and touch screen menus that can be in english. I had the Chicken Panini for lunch today and it was so satisfying! The chicken was drenched in a green pepper gravy and the bread was muy delicioso! They have real french bread, croisants, pan du chocolate... More

Restaurant sits right across the street from the river, so the outside tables and a few inside tables have a nice view and a nice breeze. The restaurant presents their menu on a tablet that allows you to choose from multiple languages and makes it easy to point to the items (if your Spanish is as poor as ours). They... More

Spent over a week in Iquitos. Ended up going to the bistro almost every day for breakfast. Home made croissants and pains au chocolat, plus very good coffee and home baked bread. Ingredients for an excellent breakfast, which I missed in many places when I was travelling Peru. Dropped by once late afternoon, and spent all night there talking and... More

The burgers were tasty and not too big. They had an electronic menu in 3 languages which made it easy to order. The menu was reasonably priced and the restaurant has great ambiance. What more could you want?

Lovely to sit outside as there are a few tables on the pavement. The portions were very generous. Especially loved the doncella fish dish. Nice service.

Had the urge for a cheeseburger, these folks came thru for me. Great people watching along the malecon. They say there are Belgium beers, maybe so, but I didn't see them.

In the last two years this has become my favourite place to eat in Iquitos: breakfast, lunch or dinner. There is a good range with a sort of French/Belgium bistro feel.

Excellent location on the malecon (preferred spot for the 'gringo' bars in Iquitos) the Amazon Bistro is nicely furnished/decorated over two floors (upstairs is hotter) and has a good screen downstairs to watch sports and other programmes. There is a pretty unique menu for this town (smoked salmon club sandwich anyone ?) which doesn't always deliver quite as advertised but... More
