I’m Peruvian and I recommend Panchita for tourists and locals alike. The location is hip and modern and the food and drinks are consistently great. The lomo saltado is a solid example of the dish “made right” and the ambience is great.

We had 2 entrees to share and 1 dish lomo saltado and it was really a lot of food. Bill with tip 150sol. But you probably need to wait to get a table because this place is very populaire. Otherwise book a table

It is open from noon until 5pm. It gets busy on weekends so I always recommend you make reservations or you could be waiting for 30 minutes
