It's very close to Coutryard Lima Miraflores. The food quality is good and price is not cheap but it's worth to enjoy.

My husband and I were staying in Lima for a couple of days in the Miraflores region. We did not have the best of luck with our hotel or tour we booked, but luckily Saqra saved the day. The pisco sours were perfect. The fish ceviche was excellent. The mushroom ceviche was a surprisingly good addition. The Parmesan au gratin... More

No reservations needed early in the evening but it does get full. Great ceviche appetizers, almost enough for a meal. Great selection of pisco based drinks and non-alcoholic Peruvian refreshments.

Saqra is a cozy little restaurant in Miraflores. Waiters are very helpful and know their dishes like the palms of their hands. They have a small terrace that is right on the sidewalk (that is surrounded by plants so it feels quaint and cozy). They don´t have AC so bear that in mind if it´s hot outside. Food is tasty... We like our lunch at Saqra. Our wait person recommended a couple of nice dishes. Our selected wine was not available but we nice a nice merlot. Very good service and English spoken. Not the best restaurant but we liked it for simple menu and ordering.

Nice small place with terrace. Service was very good. Food as well. A bit weird that they ran out of ceviche and the pisco dessert. The alternative starter recommended by the waittres, causa with pulpo, was very tasty. Recommended place.

Hello Pelowelo, We appreciate your review and your visit. We ran out of ceviche because the recipe calls for fresh fish from the day. If we ran out of fresh fish, we cannot offer ceviche, but we do offer alternatives. like the bonito, tumbo and avocado. All the best, Joaquín de la Piedra SAQRA More

We were staying in the neighborhood so this was a convenient restaurant within walking distance. The cerviche starter was very good though my wife thought it was a bit too spicy. Surprisingly, their wine inventory was much less than they listed. They had no Sauvignon Blanc despite the fact that 3 were listed on the wine list. We settled for... More

Having been recommended this restaurant, and after checking the trip advisor ratings I decided to spend one of my precious meals in Lima here.... to cut the story short it's not worth it. The place is small and quaint, a place where you can really enjoy a conversation. In addition servers are very attentive and try to make sure that... More

This restaurant was around the corner from where we were staying, so we walked over, which was clearly quite convenient. There was a club next door (down the alley), so we were concerned upon arrival, since we were late (over 15 minutes) due to traffic from the airport. No worries -- there were lots of tables and the hostess still... More

Description
Saqra, from the Quechua language meaning “little devil”, “naughty” or “mischief maker”. Saqra also refers to one of the characters found in the festival of the Madonna of Carmen in the village of Paucartambo, Cusco. Here, this happy little devil wins the heart of the Madonna with his childish pranks and mischief making as he dances around her playfully in the procession. These ideas inspired the creation of Saqra as a restaurant bar that offers modern Peruvian food where we reinterpret the Peruvian identity in a playful and contemporary key, conjuring up fun and colourful results. Saqra, in essence, is not really a place but a state of mind where this little devil plays a delightful host who wants that all his guests live a unique experience, where they meet again with their the inner child, sometimes long lost.
