The great variety of dim sum at Madam Tusan allows you to choose and pick your favorite flavors. Last night we had siu may, ha kow, wan ton, duck dumplings, pork ribs, etc. All were perfect. Service was a little slow . . .

The dim sum were heavy and tasteless and certainly far below the expected standard. The chicken wings were small chicken thighs! The rice was over cooked. All in all not what one might expect....avoid

Super Chier Gastón Acurio's Chinese restaurant is very, very good! Peru's top chef does not disappoint in his latest addition to his world class restaurants. Although, I was not impressed with his La Mar seafood restaurant in San Francisco, Madam Tusan's is a different story....More

The fusion of peruvian and Chinese food results is wounderful flavors. Madam Tusan represents the gourmet chaufa. They also have the Dim sun for starters.

perhaps not the most traditional chifa but the choices were extensive and every dish was delicious. Lighting is a bit bright but service was pleasant and prompt.

Peruvian Chinese food is a real thing and should be experienced. Madam Tusan has tried to create a Nuovo chifa. The results are that it is overpriced and disappointing.

I went here for a birthday dinner with my parents, while we were spending a week in Lima. My father is very picky with experimenting with different types of food, but we all loved everything. We ordered the shared duck medley, where different courses all...More

Chinese food restaurants began to settle in the 40s of XX century as large and lavish restaurants located in downtown Lima. In them, events and banquets were held, leading to business meetings and celebrations of all kinds.Over time, these restaurants would be called "Chifas", which would take an air of mystery and distant past image of Chinese immigrants owners. When the owner was a woman, charged chifas another mystery. These ladies own the chifas, were called "Madam".Chifas soon began to reach other districts of Lima and delicious flavors began to take an important place in our kitchen. The Tusan, are children of Chinese born in Peru who shared with us their culture and excellent food.Madam Tusan pays tribute.
