This restaurant just happened to be across the road from our hotel on our recent trip to Lima. What a fantastic find. The menu was amazing, the food exceptional, the staff great (even with the language barrier). So much so we stopped in again on our way back.

Located in a shopping mall With ambience of a brightly lite with 80s chrome but the service is good and the food portion size is fine as is the food.

Walked in without reservations at 10:30pm and were seated rather quickly on a Saturday night. Very interesting and tasty fusion of Asian and Peruvian flavors. We ordered several dishes to share and were very pleased with the food. The décor is impressive

Madame Tusan wasn't a disappointment in any sense. All the food was a good surprise, the ambient was great and the decoration, with its emblematic dragon invites to keep getting back. Definitely, a place to include in the list for my next visit to Lima

This place was recommended to us by our hotel. It looks nice from the outside and it's a little intimidating when you look inside. The prices aren't too expensive and the food was good. We ordered eggplants, BBQ pork, house fried rice and banana spring rolls for dessert. Everything was delicious!

Went for lunch. The place is packed and Eben though the restaurant is big in terms of seating capacity the wait time was 45 mins to an hour. So if you are in a rush this in not the place for you. In terms food we had the 4 course duck meal good for 2-3 people for 90 Soles. The... More

This was hands down some of the best Chinese food we had while at lima. It was so good that we ate there twice on our 4 day trip to lima from cusco. The dumplings are some of the best we have had in the world and yes I can say world given my many travels to Asia and NYC.

Chinese food restaurants began to settle in the 40s of XX century as large and lavish restaurants located in downtown Lima. In them, events and banquets were held, leading to business meetings and celebrations of all kinds.Over time, these restaurants would be called "Chifas", which would take an air of mystery and distant past image of Chinese immigrants owners. When the owner was a woman, charged chifas another mystery. These ladies own the chifas, were called "Madam".Chifas soon began to reach other districts of Lima and delicious flavors began to take an important place in our kitchen. The Tusan, are children of Chinese born in Peru who shared with us their culture and excellent food.Madam Tusan pays tribute.
