We had been looking forward to the ceviche after an enthusiastic recommendation from our tour guide. The ceviche came as a warm dish with a variety of completely cooked seafood. Would not return again.

We had a fabulous meal at Maras. Tuna Toshi, ceviche, corn tart, osso bucco, lucuma cheesecake. A really memorable meal in such a chic setting. Our waiter, Fernando, helped us make choices and patiently described native ingredients we weren't familiar with. Every course was delicious.

We ordered the 10 course tasting menu and found it fantastic, albeit pricey. So much taste, presentation excellent. Overall very good.

lovely food, perfect ingredients, appropiate deconstruction of traditional dishes. The frozen olive with nitrogen over the perfect tuna was a delight. Efficient service for a large group of people.

The restaurant is strikingly beautiful with some tables set into semi-private niches. Unfortunately that didn't protect us from the noise of a very large group seated just outside our niche shortly after we arrived so we asked to be seated elsewhere and ended up in...More
