We had been looking forward to the ceviche after an enthusiastic recommendation from our tour guide. The ceviche came as a warm dish with a variety of completely cooked seafood. Would not return again.

We had a fabulous meal at Maras. Tuna Toshi, ceviche, corn tart, osso bucco, lucuma cheesecake. A really memorable meal in such a chic setting. Our waiter, Fernando, helped us make choices and patiently described native ingredients we weren't familiar with. Every course was delicious.

We ordered the 10 course tasting menu and found it fantastic, albeit pricey. So much taste, presentation excellent. Overall very good.

lovely food, perfect ingredients, appropiate deconstruction of traditional dishes. The frozen olive with nitrogen over the perfect tuna was a delight. Efficient service for a large group of people.
Good restaurant attached to the Westin Hotel offering an innovative menu in cozy atmosphere. Causa, tiraditos and fish were delicious.
