Tim, from San Francisco, prepares great food in the Trattoria Escondita. I had a chicken parmesan which was enough for two! Good wine, also.

The service is superb and the food exceedes all expactations. They serve the best vegetarian lasagna I ever try. The trout is also a must with a chocolate volcano for dessert. Thanks Tim for nurturing everyone with love and great food.

It was such a treat to find organic salads, fresh pasta, and other yummy homestyle dishes in the middle of the Andes. The chef and his crew are very warm and friendly. I also loved the cozy corner with couches, amazing espresso/lattes/cappuccinos, and good WiFi....More
