we stopped here for lunch, as part of a tour preprogrammed from the travel agency. They labelled it as the best restaurant in the sacred valley. I don't know if it was the best, I would put the other one we visited (Muna restaurant) as better as far as the food is concerned, but Tunupa was definitely worth visiting. For... More

I was taken here for lunch as part of a tour. The buffet had some good dishes (ceviche and salads) and the rest were average or below average (the alpaca broth had a strange taste for alpaca). Desserts were good. The drinks were priced reasonably. The service was correct. The place was pleasant: a nice colonial country house in a... More

After a long morning at Pisac, we stopped for Lunch at this restaurant. Buffet style with healthy choices, salads, soups, pastas and different options of protein. Tables were outside on a patio that overlooks an amazing garden with a variety of flowers. There were some Peruvian vendors selling their local arts and crafts. There is local musician playing famous tunes... More

Make sure you visit this fab restaurant in the heart of this fascinating area. The buffet is extensive and has a huge range of salads, local dishes and sweets. A Pisco Sour is included in the price. Staff are friendly and helpful- chefs smile and are informative.

Definitely one of the better buffet lunches we had during our trip, with a great range of choices. Pretty busy but not crowded. Lovely location near the river

Lovely peaceful grounds. Lovely food and staff. Could not fault this place for a lunchtime buffet meal. Excellent way to try a variety of foods.

This restaurant is easy to find; the grounds are lovely with the river running behind it. The food is served buffet style with a wide selection. We were entertained by a trio playing Peruvian music. The restaurant obviously caters to large/tours as there were many people enjoying the ambiance. A walk through the gardens is lovely with llamas and alpacas... More

Yes this is "a tourist group" feeding station, catering to some of the thousands of adventurers etc visiting the Sacred Valley every say. Yes you can eat cheaper off the market or some local cafe BUT not with a group In a secure clean location set by the river with live music & crafts available. My group loved the choice,soup,rice,yucca,... More

This was included as part of our Sacred Valley Tour. The seating area is nice and the atmosphere quiet enough that you can carry on a conversation with your table mates. The buffet had several choices and the food tasted fine. It is a good safe place to take a large group for lunch.
