we went for lunch and the variety was excellent. Really different recommendations to choose from. The best thing, however, was a very attentive and nice service.

Went to this restaurant in Montevideo. It has a good space, two floors. My option was pasta with shrimps which was very well prepared, very tasty, basically they sell some kind of combos (meal + beverage + dessert), for dessert chose massini, a very light cake covered with a layer of caramel, very good and also well prepared. Service was... More

Really nice place in the center of the city, really good for a quick lunch. They have different options for daily menus. Service was a little slow.

There is nothing particularly memorable about this place. We went for lunch on a rainy Saturday in July and were pretty much underwhelmed. The service was friendly enough and reasonably prompt by Uruguayan standards but the food was only average. Nothing stood out enough to even bear mentioning. No reason not to go there but no reason to do so.

Busy restaurant in older section near presidential offices. Lively atmosphere with very good food and service. Had chicken salad which is an elaborate assortment of garden vegetables and boneless grilled chicken breast, very good dish. Others had chicken stroganoff, also throughly enjoyed.

Classic high end restaurant in MVD. I wasn't impressed, but that might have to do with the lunch menu we took. Choices were fine but food was ok. I had the Spanish Tortilla. Nothing special. Others had more complicated dishes, but it all seemed a bit bland to me. Service very friendly, a bit slowly for the amount of people... More

I came in at around 2:30 or 3:00ish and didn't realize they weren't open for dinner. I had been walking around the city and wanted to get a snack and drink while using the free wifi. I ordered a glass of wine and some french fries with mushroom gravy. This is completely my own fault because I am new to... More

This is a place on a touristy street, so it gets busy. The food is good and the staff is trying hard, but it's crowded and loud. So it feels more like a sports bar than a fine restaurant. The prices are typical mid-range. Well, that was exactly what we were looking for, so we left happy.

The food was good! We had Chevito and Mussolini. Only thing we mist was some vegetables. But you almost don't get that anywhere. We asked for a large beer, bit they sad they didn't have it anymore. Then we saw they brought a large beer to an other table so we asked again. But we got the same answer. We... More
