This would be about our 8th meal at Cafe Ariki. The meals are always very hearty and are a combination of local and European style cooking. I had the Ariki Tropican Salad which was huge and the flavours were beautiful

Arrived for dinner one saturday evening with family. When we arrived we were greeted by a waitress who informed us everyone was hung over. There was one table of eight seated and us in the restaurant. We got seated and ordered our food. The waitress wrote it down haphazardly. Two of us ordered entrees, two didn't. After approximately half an... More

Really lovely staff and really good fun... however, despite the huge portions, the food is a perhaps to locals tastes. Good value for money.
