Best value restaurant in Kiev bar none. Buffet style restaurant with extensive choices and usually very good quality. Eat a tray full of food for a couple of quid. Also serves cheap beer and alcohol. No waiting for service, just pick what you want, pay and eat!

Cannot recommend this place enough. Such great value and friendly staff, had us there a few times and even dinner too. Great with a group on just a few of you. Certainly worth a pit stop

Even if the restaurants are part of the same group of self-service, and the food should be all the same, I prefer the Puzata Hata in Kreschiatik, the dishes and the staff are little better, there is more Ukrainian atmosphere.

You can go to this place for ukranian food. Price is cheap. But there is smell inside the restaurant. Most of waiter/waiteress doesn't know english. If you have little money you can eat in here

Typical Ukrainian style food, borsch, Olivier Salad, etc. But very few if any employees speak english. Being a cafeteria the line can move very fast depending on level of traffic and it can be very difficult to navigate if you don't understand Russian or Ukrainian. Food is fairly good and the prices are ridiculously cheap.

I have been to other places of their chain before and wanted some wholesome food in rustic surroundings. What greeted me was a bunch of staff in and outside the front door smoking in their grubby uniforms. It was actually quite hard to get past them as they weren't to keen to move. When I finally got in I was... More

Borscht was great, would go back just for that! but the pampushki were still dethawing from the freezer and the vareniki lukewarm, a little tough and bland.
