Great place to try Ukrainian cuisine. Traditional dishes with a nice twist. Great presentation, good warm service, reasonable prices, tasty cocktails

We were here with the three of us beginning January. Our expectations were, given the TripAdvisor ranking, high. And it was just decent tasty food, nothing special. The English of the waiter was below average, far below, even for Ukraine standards. He wás friendly though. Anyway, it is not worth the trip, but if you happen to be in the... More

I've been to this restaurant twice during my 4 days trip in Kiev. Location is pretty good for tourists, very close to Sophia Church. Meals are delicious and reasonably priced. And portion of each menu is pretty big, so I recommend you to share with your group. My favorite was marinated mackerel. The staffs there are friendly. If I will... More

Stopped by after spending a half day at the magnificent, the world heritage St. Sophia church. Read borscht is good, so I tried it with another traditional Ukrainian dish, a meat-stuffed cabbage. Both are good!

Set in a very modern style with a cool style-not a restaurant to be forgotten! The decor is of revolution (I think), and the far-from-mainstream menu also reflects this. Ukrainian classics such as Ukrainian red beet Borsch, and of course chicken Kiev can be found there as well as different styles of burgers (including a pea-green one, which just never... More

The concierge of our hotel (Intercontinental) recommended this restaurant and we were pleased he did. The food was nice and very fresh. My colleagues had fish (salmon and makrel) and it contained quite a bit of small fish bones in it, but otherwise it was fine and nicely presented as well. Price for the combination of soup/chicken /sidedish grilled vegetables... More

Food is really nice and very modern. Prices are very reasonable (perhaps due to the exchange rate) but nonetheless was very good value for money. Service is also very good. Cocktails were also lovely.
