To be honest, we didn't find the food to be particularly good (nor was it bad; it was OK and the price was fair). The wine choice is quite limited. But the place! Authentic Jewish Mitteleuropa décor! Just sitting there was a pleasure. If Woody...More

We were welcomed by friendly staff, entertained with musicians and the general atmosphere was great fun. The food was excellent, even simple dishes were cooked with care and were delicious. Not to be missed

Very beautifully decorated interior, with Chagall style wall paintings, furnished Ukrainian Jewish traditional way, nice terrace on the street. Food is very tasty, and for those of Jewish East European roots, a way to remember grand mother's (bobe's) kooking. The liver paté is perfect, the...More

Impromptu singing broke out around the piano while we were there. The restaurant is decked out in full-on Jewish decor. The food is good. We enjoyed the veal salad and half-duck with apples. The oxtail soup was delectable.

I happened to be walking in the area near the Radisson Hotel and saw the hebrew looking writing announcing this restaurant. It was a delight eating here. The menu was very extensive with a variety of traditional Jewish dishes (with interesting twists) as well as...More

Hummus, forshmak, gefilte fish and lots of other meals of Jewish cuisine. All adopted by Ukraine and prepared in a perfect way. Quite cheap and absolutely unforgettable. Just try!!))

Good food and excellent service. On top of that, the staff invited the guests to celebrate Rosh Hashana, serving the challah, honey etc to each table, and asking us to light the candles, say the blessing and blow the Shofar. A very moving moment. Afterwards...More

Bad experience at this Jewish restaurant. The terrace is nice, but apart from that, there is no other perk! The food is nothing special and has rather no taste at all, the sauce of the veal being of poor quality. It was written on the...More

Waitress was friendly, but food was boring and wine chosen was not available, even though the wine menu is not that long. Cimes tries to deliver some traditional surrounding, but did not work for me, at all. Prices are not justified by the quality delivered.

I was here with a group of 12 people. Everyone was very happy with the food, especially the soups and appetizer spreads. I will be back to try other food!
