I've been a guest of the hotel and restaurant/café/bar since Oct 2020 till presently (Jan 2021) and can say that although the quality and quantity that the hotel offers for food and drink has gone down slightly, the professionalism and courtesy of the staff has...remained nothing but above excellence! I highly praise the kitchen staff (Silvia & Ernesto) for their expeditious service and friendly nature. The café barista Veronica Galvez is very courteous and prompt with her service and entertains friendly conversation on available hotel services. The bartender Carolina works circles around the bar and patio area never leaving a cup/bottle/can empty! The front desk clerks are very helpful courteous and communicative to all hotel guest needs. Overall my stay has been very good with a side note that when new management took over the hotel around December 2020 the quality of food and beverage has taken a slight decline and guest services as well. For example, there now seems to be a lack of hot water in the evenings when taking a shower, the buffet selections have lessened, the strength of the coffee has weakened, the menu's have shortened on their selection.More

I am staying at this hotel and have nothing but great praise for it. The combination of presentation, cleanliness, very attentive and friendly staff who always greet you with respect and a sincere smile goes a long way in my book. Special praise must go...to Elena Valladares. She is a waitress at Los Balcones restaurant. She always has a warm and welcoming smile that makes your dinning experience a memorable one. Her friendliness and attention to the customers deserves her 5 stars. She is an valuable asset that must be nourished for the well-being of this hotel.More
