While visiting my family in El Salvador we had several recommendations to visit Acajutla Seafood Restaurant at Costa del Sol. Just 1hr away from San Salvador we finally tasted the famous Salvadorian seafood which was just excellent. I've got Mariscada Soup and it was absolutely delicious. The restaurant has three small swimming pools for kids and a pool bar so... More

This is definitely seafood heaven! The meals were all prepared to perfection and delivered all in a timely manner even with a large group of us. The top dish on their menu, Acajutla special, I believe was absolutely amazing! Their crunchy prawn salad well balanced, the ceviche tostadas were scrum my and the massive pile of breaded shrimp was impressive.... More

Small, friendly seafood restaurant right above the cliffs and beaches of Acajutla. Very good prawn salad and tasty beef and prawn kebab. Nice atmosphere with the wandering guitar players and watch out for the pet iguana crawling overhead in the trees!

Every time I visit San Salvador I have to go to "Acajutla Restaurant" for delicious seafood, have always served us well and the food very good quality. Fresh and well prepared seafood. The place is simple but nice as it is high and always good atmosphere.

Know 3 of them, Costa del Sol, which is very nice over the water, in La Libertad close to the Pier where you can buy fish and what might be the oldest one by looks in Acajutla, on the edge of a cliff. Cocteles or Ceviches I would eat there, between 6 and 10 Dollars.

Great cocktails, seafood and beverages are serve in this restaurant. The prices are fair, however, when comparing the portions with other restaurants in the same category, they look smaller that the competency. Many locations available. Check their web site for menu options: http://www.acajutlarestaurante.com/

The food is served in large portions and you have a choice of pool-side tables or a table in the palapa over the estuary where you can view activities on the water.

The food was ok, the service above average. The time to serve the food was long and the only thing that kept me there was the view that we had of the ocean
