The service was ok, the waiter was atentive but the food was subpar with exagerated prices. This is supose to be a campestre place, typical food but the prices are more like a top notch restaurant in managua.Ordered the mar y tierra and it had a large bland piece of meat with 4 shrimps and cost almost $20 usd, served... We came here with high expectations & had our family from US & Nicaragua together. The experience was terrible & we were overcharged, had rude & disrespectful service. The server/waiter disappeared for long periods of time, gave no reason when we asked for a special offer/promotion that was advertised in the menu that he just rudely said they couldnt offer.... Worst service, went with family that is from Masaya. They said it used to be good. They had a special on beers on the menu, then they said they ran out of cold beer so couldn't give us the deal. We said to just put them in an ice bucket. Then, an hour before they closed, we were not allowed... More

Went earlier this month as part of a group of seven. We had a table near the edge with a great view. At one point they turned on blaring music that was way too loud, but after another table complained they turned it down to a reasonable level. Our food was ok, but took a long time to arrive. Some... We live in Nicaragua and often take people here at some point. The view of the Laguna de Apoyo crater from the restaurant is quite impressive, and the place is open and airy. We mostly get the fish (al estilo de Tipitapa). Anyone visiting Nicaragua should try this. Whole fish, with the head, but it's really good. Trust us, we... More

Horrible service. Food is acceptable. But time to serve is totally unacceptable. This is not Nicaraguan style. Shame on you Bucaneros

I visited this restaurant today and hoped for a great get away from the heat and dust in Managua. Unfortunately I was extremely disappointed! Although the view is magnificent that is all the restaurant has to offer. The food was average and the prices did not reflect on its quality. In my opinion the place is over-priced especially considering its... More

Restaurant is set back from the road, and there is a pool next door so parking may be an issue. However they had staff directing cars to open spaces. Restaurant looks small, but has multiple levels. Go to the left side so that you get a wonderful view of the caldersa. Service was prompt and courteous, drinks arrived quickly. Food... More

Horrible service!! Waited over a hour and a half for our meals to arrive; only to discover they were cold. Our table waited without drinks, dirty table, no napkins or plates for our food to come out. We ordered 2 fried Shrimp plates, langosta, club sandwich, and a breaded fish plate. My husbands lobster was actually raw upon arriving to... More
