We went to Taska for dinner on Friday night with friends. The service was attentive, the environment was nice , families, couples and friends. Bathroom was clean. The menu is written on a chalkboard , they do not have printed menus. We ordered paella and mariscada, which was very good, shrimps, octopus, fish, lobster prawns. While the food was tasty... More

Frequently gone to this restaurant had one of the best seafood platters in Managua. Service was top notch and the seafood to die for. Highly recommend this restaurant.

I would definitely recommend this place if you are in the mood for some tapas and drinks to enjoy with friends in a laid back atmosphere in and nice Nicaraguan rancho. But it's also a great place to enjoy a more sophisticated dinner; that should include a "mariscada" or a "paella". You just can't leave this place without try in... More

Great food. Paella was fantastic. We also try the shirpms and were very good. Service is slow and the location needs a face lift to fill like a real tasca.

I've eaten here with my family and on business trips and am always pleased. They have an amazing array of seafood, veggies and use lots of garlic. Their wine selection is top notch from Argentina, Spain and Chile. The restaurant is somewhat open-air with a large palapa roof. There's a small bar as well. Wait staff is very pleasant and... More

A local couple suggested we go here for dinner and I'm glad we did. It felt like a very down to earth environment, and was quite busy that evening. The various tapas we had were fine. We ordered red sangria -- this is the one thing I'd suggest they improve. It tasted rather like soda than sangria. The service was... More

The title is misleading because a more down to earth restaurant would be hard to find, and they are now surprising and delighting regular clients with several meat dishes to c implement their now famous fish and seafood. We have been customers for more than ten years, always enjoying the same fresh filets of corvina , or sometimes camerones with... More

I do not understand how this restaurant has received so many positive reviews. I suspect many of these reviews are written by friends and family. I met here for dinner with two friends. One friend had eaten here before and he had suggested this place as myself and our other friend had never eaten here. It was our first ...and... More

We have been eating here for nearly ten years and never been disappointed. If you like fresh corvina and other white fish, camerones with garlic, and a cold beer, or paella and other complicated northern spanish dishes this is the real deal.

Best seafood in town if you ask me. Lots of garlic and olive oil on every plate! Excellent surprise during my last trip, the beef was cooked to perfection, full of flavor. Tapas, Paella, Steak and aaaall the SEAFOOD is excellent. Place is a bit informal, ranch style, but thats the idea! Chalkboards on the wall instead of handheld menus,... More
