The chefs at Brio are top notch, They have a lobster salad that is outstanding. Their seafood risotto is the best in town. In fact everything I ordered there was above and beyond. They also offer and diverse breakfast buffet every morning.

Brio is a beautiful restaurant in a luxury hotel. The food- I had the shoulder of lamb over potatoes- was very tasty, and less expensive that I imagined. It had very few diners the night I was their, and service went quickly. I was not impressed when they told me that they were out of all three Pinot Noirs I... More

Let's start that the restaurant is big, very lit so feels cold since few patrons where there. The sangria white wine is spectacular. Great drink, fresh apples about usd 8. We were three and each one ordered a fish. I had the salmon and it was perfectly cooked to my taste over a bed of very tasty risotto. The sea... More

Had the octopus salad and the Mahi Mahi. Both were very nice, a little on the small size but very tasty.

I had the NY strip. Salad with sweet potato fries. We also had pasta. Very tasty. Good presentation. Now keep in mind as a chef, I hold everyone to high standards. Brio is no exception. They had great service. However, the creme brûlée had entirely too much nutmeg possibly. Also, we were presented with menus in English. We are clearly... More

I've now had both breakfast and dinner in Brio. In both cases, service was stellar. I am not a fan of buffets, but the breakfast buffet is very good; no reason to order from the menu. Service is absolutely stellar. They gladly applied the jubilado discount. Dinner was very good: I ordered chicken breast and received three breasts, two of... More

We just had dinner here and they should be ashamed to serve food like what we had. The bread they brought was stale. My risotto was horrible I only ate 4 bites and gave up. Wine was fine, good thing. All stayed on the bill. No one even cared we did not eat... Should be ashamed to have this in... More

Not good. The Caesar salad was overdressed on wilted lettuce, the Bolognese had no taste, and the pasta was overcooked.

Considering all the VIPs in town for the canal re-opening, the restaurant was not busy, and that is a shame. Delicious appetizers, soups, entrees and desserts made for a most scrumptious dining experience.
