I’ve been eating here one every couple of months and between my husband and I it usually cost around fifty desserts included. Today it cost over 70 and we were picking up so they also wanted a 15$ tip. I’m just confused why it went up so much so quickly. And the steak was dry today but it usually isn’t but I’m just angry about the price.

Place is pretty good. It's a steakhouse. I thought the portions were small unlike the other Longhorn's. Definitely will not go back

My friend and I both ordered soup and salads. After eating almost half my salad I found a dead fly in it! I brought it to the managers attention and at first one stated they would comp my bill. I got the bill and only one soup was taken off. When I asked to speak to the manager again a different manager came over and stated he would only comp one salad snd one soup even though neither of us wanted to finish our soups or salads because we were so disgusted. When we stated this the manager was very rude, nasty and unprofessional. We also waited over 45 minutes for the manager to talk to us and was still left with the bill! Will not be back. Clearly this manager does not care about the store, good reviews and clearly needs a lessons on how to treat customers. Shame on you Longhorn. 🤦‍♀️

Arrived here on a Monday night and although the restaurant was half empty we were told that there would be a 35 minute wait for a table as the kitchen was basically overwhelmed. Like the rest of world I'm guessing they are understaffed. I was impressed that the manager seemed to know exactly what to do to get back on track, a lot of places would have just kept seating people knowing they couldn't deliver on service. After about 25 minutes we were seated and had a really good meal, everything we ordered tasted way better than any other chain restaurant we've been too. I would much rather wait to be seated and have an amazing experience than to be seated and be frustrated by bad service. Who ever is managing this restaurant is doing it right!

We are Canadians on our way home to N.B. and stopped in for dinner. The steak was absolutely delicious, done to perfection and full of flavor. The molten lava cake was so yummy and generous enough to feed two . Definitely would recommend this restaurant. The service was great too! Zach took great care of us!

Food was great
Service .......... terrible.
Arrived at 4:00 for an early dinner w. a friend. The dining room was mostly empty.
The waitress came very shortly after our food arrived to ask how it was.
She came back soon after that to ask if we needed boxes! It had only been about 15 minutes since our food was delivered and we we not even close to being done!
She came by 2 more times after that to ask how we were "doing" as well as pacing back and forth by our booth several times.
It was obvious she was trying to hurry us out and was extremely rude!
I'll go back but will change places if she is ever my waitress again.

I’ve visited this Longhorns a few times. My food is always good and the staff, polite and proficient. Stopped by last night, with the family.
Service was quick. Portions, hearty. Fair enough price - remembering nothing is inexpensive these days.
Everything was delicious - from apps to dessert and drinks.

Please be aware there online waiting list sign up shows the estimated time based that all tables are available when due to covid only half are actually available. So if the estimate saids 61-70 minutes it’s closer to being doubled.

We have been coming to this restaurant for years and the food has always been excellent. The last few times we have been very disappointed. The burgers and fries had so much salt and seasoning added that our lips were burning at the end of the meal. Did they change their recipe? Hire a new cook who thinks more is better? The food was so highly seasoned and salted that we could hardly taste the food. We may give them one more chance to do it right. Three strikes and you’re out. It may be time to find our new favorite restaurant.

We have been stopping here for lunch every three weeks. At first it was good, then the quality of the steaks started declining. Really, it's a steak place, they should have amazing steaks.
3 times ago I left lots of "trimmings" from my filet, about 1/3 of the "meat". 2 times ago, there was a lot of fat and gristle, so the manager picked a new steak and cooked it himself - better. He saw the first steak and agreed that it should have never left the kitchen.
This, the last time I will ever go there, the filet was so bad that the runner thought I had ordered a sirloin.........
Inconsistence doneness happens at every restaurant, I can eat my steak almost anything medium or more done, but they are serving meat that should not be brought out to the customer.
For what I am paying and tipping, I shouldn't have to dread the moment my steak come out - do I just eat what is served or complain. I am tired of not getting a good cut of meat and wasting my time to get a "better (which hasn't really been better)" one cooked.
We are done.

I eat lunch here once a week with a colleague. It is always a positive experience from the warm welcome we get at the door from Diane and the great service and conversation we have at the bar (we eat at the bar) with Debbie. Longhorn's menu is a little limited but what is there is good. The rib-eye steak is great. It is hand-cut and has great marble and flavor. There are two sizes of rib-eye and just recently they added a Hawaiian Rib-eye with a ginger sauce and pineapple. Longhorn does a great job with steak. In the past I have had the steak tips with caramelized onions and mushrooms. A nice flavored meal. Their side dishes include steamed broccoli and mashed and baked potatoes. All good choices. They also have a salmon Cesar salad that is quite good. I recommend Longhorn highly.

I've always had nothing but excellent experiences at Longhorn. This location in Auburn is extremely well managed, friendly staffed, and the cooks definitely know what they're doing in the kitchen. The food is always served with a normal expected time frame, done right, tastes great, and served with a smile. What more can you ask for, really? Well, the restaurant is always super clean and inviting, the bathrooms are as well! Even if this place is busy, you feel like a top priority when dining here. They stop at nothing to make sure you are well taken care of and happy before you leave. Whether you're just treating yourself on a solo outing, on a date, or with a group of friends after work, Longhorn is by far, hands down exceptional. Extremely, highly recommended! A++
