Great food, huge portions, with a down home feel. The best part is the dessert included with your meal. SO GOOD!

When you first walk in you see all the vintage housewares on the wall like it's a museum . You are then greeted and that's when the feeling of "family" hits you. They all seem to want to take care of you. There were 11...More

It will be hard to discuss the restaurant and avoid superlatives at almost every turn, because Mamie's is run with such personal attention to detail and absolutely no pretense, that you may find yourself wondering if it is actually as good as it feels, The...More

Visited here based on other reviews....got the crab cake platter...cream of crab soup....disappointing...best part was the baked potato and brownie. Crab cake was to be broiled but outside tasted like they threw it on grill after they cook a greasy piece of something....crab soup literally...More

Have been there multiple times for eat-in and carryout. Very generous and delicious portions. Great service. Owner constantly on site and very giving to community. My wife had a friend that passed from cancer. She personally took food to her family.

Portions were decent but food was bland. For two people cost close to a hundred and that was without any alcoholic drinks. First and last time going.

We waited quite a while for our food and the servings are grotesquely large.. Probably two or three cups of potatoes. Taste was ok, but not exceptional. Decor is quaint...wait staff is polite.. I would not go back.

They have three or four deserts every day. The constants are rice pudding, brownies, and some sort of sheet cake, varying day to day. The desert is included in the price of the meal and we never have room to eat them there.
