I was aware of this restaurant for years, as it is directly across from where we get our vacuum cleaners fixed and kinda en route to the incomparable 3rd Eye Comics. Looked a bit dubious, to be honest. Located at the edge of a transitional neighborhood (though much improved compared to pre-Parole renovation),, the facade is dominated by the adjoining... More

This restaurant came highly recommended to us. We tried it for a late lunch/early dinner and we were not disappointed. The salsa was fresh and good, but have had better. Same with the sangria. They do have the BEST guacamole I've ever had anywhere (including Rosa Mexicana)! I ordered a chicken chimichanga and it was excellent. My husband got the... More

We have eaten here 5 times, each one consistently great. The food ranges from typical mexican to interesting south american dishes. We have found gastro-delight in two peruvian dishes, Lomo Saltado and Chile En Nogada. The Nogada is amazing, comperable to Indian food in the spice/taste variation, just the most amazing and flavorful south of the border food I've eaten.... More

I've been to this restaurant several times and I have never received bad service or a bad meal. Service is quick and ingredients are fresh. Dishes are extremely flavorful and they will customize the "heat". Atmosphere is very pleasant, with a bar and restaurant area. There's also an outside deck. The waitstaff are friendly and know the menu. The superb... More

My husband and I are fajita experts. These were probably a 6 on a scale of 1 to10. The chicken was nicely seasoned and the peppers and onions nicely cooked. But the rice that came with it was bland. And no cheese, lettuce or beans to top the fajitas with. No guacamole. Props for good chips and salsa. Service was... More

Unassuming place. Nice deck for outdoor dining where we chose to sit. This place is all about the food. Hands down, the best lomo saltado I have ever had. Real flavors and excellent service. Will always return.

One of the best meals we had in Annapolis. A very unassuming place away from the main set of restaurants in the strip malls, this is one of the better more authentic ones. Great service from the owner. prompt drinks service and great variety of food from a few Latin American countries and all tasty and satisfying.

We tried the Ensalada Sin Fronteras (with Tilapia). The fish tasted great. The Picadillo Cubano seemed like an interesting preparation of beef with raisins, but its probably not a taste I'll return to. The fried plantains were delicious. The rice- average. Our server was friendly and helpful. The men's restroom was cramped and barely passable as far as cleanliness goes,... More

This cafe was recommended to us by a local. The food was fresh and well done! I had the pollo tropical which had fresh fruit an perfectly cooked chicken. Very nice recommend!

We were here for a family dinner on Thursday night. It was crowded on weekday night. There is nothing much in location, style or furnishing. BUT, food and Margrittas quality is excellent. There are not plenty of servers, so our server was overloaded. Still smiling and serving
