This is a classic and almost historic small town diner. Unbelievable menu selections for breakfast. Homemade corn beef hash, etc. This place can get very busy but is worth the wait. At 8.30 am everyday they say the "Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag", which...More

The wait at the door was too long and the service was slow. The food was great and in the end was worth the wait. However, 2 hours from when we put in our name to when we were eating was way too long. The...More

On a recent visit to Annapolis my wife and I got up early on Sunday to watch the sun rise. After biking around we were hungry a little after 6:00am. After a quick search this was one of the few options open early (6:30) so...More

Most people don't know that Annapolis, MD was the FIRST US capital and was changed in 1790 by the Residence Act. Annapolis is loaded with US history: John Paul Jones lived here and the US Naval Academy is within walking distance to Chick and Ruth's....More

This is definitely the anti-chain restaurant. You cannot be afraid of tight spaces. The food is great and the atmosphere is one of a kind. We had the malts but we could not handle the massive 6 pound malt. Definitely make time to visit.

Good food in cool place. We had breakfast which was good, though a bit ordinary. Wish we had time to go back for pie - there was a list of about 30 flavors. Great ambiance!

Something for everybody! One of the broadest menus I've ever seen with numerous options to select from for your perfect meal. Reasonably priced, fairly fast and exceptionally friendly dining experience. For breakfast I selected two blueberry pancakes, two medium poached eggs and crispy bacon -...More

We had heard about the Chick and Ruth's from a few friends and decided to try it. The eggs Benedict with crab was great as were the delly potatoes. But the space is so, so tiny and cramped. There's essentially an allyway of traffic to...More

Similar to Ben's Chili bowl in DC, Chick & Ruth's is a survivor of a bygone era. The place is small, narrow, and hard to maneuver in. It hasn't been updated in decades and shouldn't be since it evokes a certain nostalgia missing in newer...More

Unfortunately although I'd love to write a positive review this was a huge disappointment. My son and his fiancé came to town and we decided to try this place for breakfast. I LOVE HOMEMADE CORNBEEF HASH and this was one of the worst tasteless hashes...More

Don't know for sure, but I highly doubt it. It is a very small place and walking between tables seems & feels crowded. Of course, you should call them to get a definitive answer.
