A group of us went to there to see the Fourplay concert. It was fantastic. I like the small concert venue and atmosphere.

We went here with a very large group of at least 20 people and we filled up the basement bar. Drinks were cheap at $3.00 a piece - may have been happy hour - not sure. We hung out having drinks and chatting and then about 8 of us went upstairs for dinner. We tried to squeeze into an area... More

Saw Eagles, bassist Timothy B. Schmit here at Ram's Head. Great show, very intimate. Not a big place. Sound was good. The only negative I can say is that it was annoying when the waitstaff was walking back and forth blocking my view.

Too humid to sit out on the beautiful patio, we opted to sit indoors in a quiet booth. Our server was busy with a large table and ask a fellow server to start us out. The helper was NOT happy to be helpful and thankfully we did not have to endure much more of him either. But main server was... More

Stopped in for lunch because it was close to the hotel. Great sandwich and brat. Beer was cold, and the small tavern under the full place is pretty cool.

Today for administrative professionals day, our entire staff, after each receiving gift cards, decided to go to Rams Head. It is located right around the corner from where we work. Now the food. We had everything from steak salads to fish tacos to burgers oscar style (topped with crab meat) to cheesesteak submarines. Everything was excellent tasting and rather quick... More

Stopped into the tavern before seeing Bela Fleck and Abigail Washburn perform next door. Had a pint of Guiness and the $5 burger special on Sundays. The burger was huge and cooked perfectly medium. It came with homemade potato chips. Are great inexpensive delicious meal with a fun warm crowd.

First visit and very impressed with building it self. I Actually felt a little under dressed. I sat at the bar and bartender was excellent. He took my food and drink order promptly. I ordered the monte cristo and a side salad. Salad was good but the sandwich was soggy. I was really expecting crisp bread. It did have good... More

We visited the outdoor patio a couple of evenings during our stay in Annapolis. The first night it was kind of cool and misty but the patio was enjoyable because of overhead heater's that they had in place. The second evening was warm and sunny but we enjoy the same heaters after the sun went down. Good beer selection, fairly... More

The Ram's Head has an unremarkable beer selection, but there should be something that more or less appeals to everyone. The atmosphere is traditional, somewhat quaint, but not original or very interesting. We were only there for the pub and not the music venues. I expect that the music venues are the better reason to patronize the Ram's Head and... More
