Unfriendly staff, music too loud, medium burger delivered well done, and overcharged. All set with this place.

My husband and I went to the Abington Ale House with another couple last Friday night! The wait was 25 minutes (which is nothing on a busy weekend) but we took the first table available which was in the outdoor bar area which we thought...More

Just about the best around! Cut super thin with a light crispy batter and more than enough for two and to bring home! We also had the French Onion Soup smothered in cheese ~ My favorite part of the soup! Prices are reasonable and worth...More

Nothing special here. We had a group of 12 people here for a special occasion. Service was good. Food had mixed reviews. The ribs were very good with an ample serving. My salad was just OK. The turkey tips weren't marinated very well, and the...More

Standard Abington restaurant with something for everyone. Plenty of options for drinks too. Stir fry and pretzel appetizer are my favorite dishes. The onion strings are wicked good too. Yes I said wicked! Decor is odd but will keep your entertained if you take a...More

Arrived Sat night @7:30pm. Wait was to be 20 mins but only 10 mins. Staff set chair out for me (limited standing ability). Decor is sort of rustic. Extensive menu. I had the house-made Chicken pot pie-the serving was very generous, arrived quickly & piping...More

I have often had a meal there with my family. They offer a free meal on your birthday and bring a small cupcake with a candle and sing to you. A bit embarrassing, but nice.

Love the food, the beer is cold, the staff busts their humps, and the atmosphere is very comfy. Everything you need for good time out!

One of the practices of the Ale House is to avoid having the same things on the menu for long periods of time. I agree with another reviewer that the best thing to do would be to check with them at the Ale House to see if... More
