Hmmm. Maybe we should add the carrott salad to the main menu! Chef Michael really does a fantastic job and he loves the chance to get creative with the tasting menu. We’re so glad you enjoyed your night. Happy birthday to hubby!

Had a special homecoming dinner with my daughter-in-law here in April and the food was really exquisite. We shared two entrees—Parisian gnocchi (Parisian because made from flour rather than potatoes), and broiled salmon and vegetables. Despite being rather full, we split a dessert, Caramel and...More

Your boss sounds like a wise person. :) We’re so glad you had a good experience. The gnocchi is one of my favorites, too! Thank you for the kind words.

My husband and I went for a nice dinner. The food was 'okay' but not special. The portions were tiny and the prices were crazy expensive and out of whack for what we ordered. We started the meal with a crab cake app. We got...More

Elm Square Oyster Co. is a fun, fresh, and exciting restaurant serving brilliantly creative seafood and American dishes. The focus is on local and seasonal ingredients which our chef Michael Sherman artfully and tastefully blends to create ESOC's interpretation of “New” New England cuisine. We are a scratch kitchen, making all of our sauces, seasonings, and condiments from scratch. Everything from the ketchup to the ground beef, soups to sea salt. We even make our own raisins and pickles! We work closely with local fishermen, farmers, distillers and brewers to provide a unique dining experience for our guests. It is this attention to quality and detail that earned us the Best of the Northshore General Excellence Award. Behind the bar, we embrace everything that is great about American craft beverages. Our bar features a wide variety of American and imported wines, small batch spirits & local craft beers from some of the best craftsmen in America.
