It was too bad we ate on an unusual cold Sept evening - we were too cold to sit outside (no indoor dining option yet) and we rushed through our food. Loved the risotto balls - 2 large per order was unexpected! The entrees were...great (i can't remember but it was seafood!) would love to go back when its warmer or inside.More

Yes it has become more difficult in this time of the pandemic. Yes I try to have a more tolerance attitude about bad food and service and give larger tips. At the prices Ventuno charges for take out though I expect much more. A whole...meal was missing when we opened the bag at home. The meatballs were missing from the spaghetti and meatballs. The salad was a bunch of hastily chopped iceberg lettuce with what seemed like bottled dressing. The steak lay in a bed of old french fries and little else. So pathetic was the experience, we could not muster any hope that they might make amends and deliver the missing meal or refund some money. We phoned only to get an answering machine.More

A really great and fun spot right downtown. The menu is outstanding and the service is excellent. Outside dining on the porch or in their “piazza.” We had the burrata which was excellent. The chicken was wonderful as was the fried risotto ball. This is...an excellent place for a night out in Nantucket.More

Really outstanding food, excellent service, great spacing, dedicated protection (multiple notices that you're either in your seat, or you're wearing your mask.)

The portions were not substantial. What we thought was the "large" was the "small" at best yet we were charged for the large. And, to make matters worse, the pasta was limp.

Visited on a Sat night early in the off season was really impressed with the staff, food and vibe. Server was great and made thoughtful suggestions. Handmade pasta was delicious, scallop crude was fresh and tasty. The pork on bone special was cooked just right...and the Hazelnut cake and gelato were a great finish to share. Bar scene was a fun mix of locals and visitors. Will be back!More

Booked a table early for an end of season Saturday night while wondering what the menu might offer - standard Italian fare? I picked local fish of the day, tautog, and my wife picked lamb. Not a bit of pasta or red sauce anywhere (which...are absolutely fine if that's what you're into at the moment). Everything different and delicious. Service great, atmosphere intimate. Prices? It's Nantucket. So good value for that particular island.More

Nice place either inside or outside to get a drink and socialize with friends and make some new friends. Usually busy yet worth it. Fun place and staff is good.

We had a wonderful meal inside this old house in Nantucket (we walked by it at first, because it looks just like an old home). Our waitress was a true professional and quite gracious. Food was good and drinks were better. Highly recommended.

Second time I've been here, with several years in between visits. Problems with the cooking first time, and again this time. But it's not all bad - many of the other things we got were fine. I just ordered pasta with a homemade fresh tomato...sauce. The pasta was fresh pasta, and it wasn't tossed after cooking with a bit of oil like it needed. It was sticky and the outside of the pasta was noticeably gummy- not really cooked enough. My dining partner liked his dish though. Good wine & good waitstaff. Nice atmosphere - dress up a little.More
