First night we went it was quite busy and a wait so we sat with a couple we didn't know. They raved about the place, having already been there. We did really enjoy!! Flavorful food!! Went twice in our week visit. Best prices for the quantity and flavor of food!! Full of flavor, best we had in Guatemala!! The 3... More

What a great find this was! Excellent food, a boisterous atmosphere (mostly younger folks) and a superb value make this a treasure. I had Beef Renang, and Indonesian dish that is extremely labor intensive and hard to make....excellent! The Dutch owner (his mom was Indonesian) stopped by for a nice chat. It's always busy so don't be in a hurry....you... More

This is a place not to miss while in Antigua. The food is very good and the variety of the menu is just right. And honestly, the falafel, made from scratch is the best I've ever had so far anywhere I have travelled. This an honest place, with honest food, and a perfect price! I highly recommend this place!

Generous portions of food at reasonable prices. I didn't expect much when I arrived with friends, but was pleasantly surprised! Left very full. Great quality Indian food. This is a hidden gem in Antigua.

Very cheap for those on a budget. Large portions. Complementary sauce dips were insanely flavorful but you have to order a side dish to actually utilize them (haha). Owner was very kind and attentive. CONS: The food was just ok and certainly was not an authentic Indian experience. There is no Wifi (but I suspect it's because of the hostel... More

We came here after reading all of the reviews and the fact that it was cheaper than a lot of the restaurants in the area, and were not disappointed. The pitas were delicious and huge, and the garlic sauce that it came with was epic (just apologise in advance to whoever you're travelling with). And don't skip out on the... More

Probably one of the best curries in a long time. Friendly helpful staff, but tables are not plentiful so you might not find space. Can't beat the value for money here!! 😊

We were in to something non-chapin and didn't regret coming here. We took two of our their suggestions. We surely recommend this place to everyone.

I came to Toko Baru on my last night in Guatemala after a long hike up Pacaya and running around town doing some last minute errands. I had heard great things about this place and was really craving non-latin food so the Chicken Tiki Marsala really hit the spot. It was the perfect balance of savory deliciousness and vegetables. Definitely... More
