We had lunch at Villa Ruza last August. It was a beautiful sunny day which will always stay in our memories thanks to the amazing experience we had at Villa Ruza. If you are looking for a place for a special occasion this is it! The location is perfect. The highlight was the fish. It was fresh and perfectly cooked... More

We had my niece's September 2015 weeding at Villa Ruza. It was definitely the right choice! It is impossible to do this restaurant justice in a review - the description will never match the amazing and lasting impression the real thing gives. It is a haven of peace and is very romantic. From the view, the sunset, the food, and... More

I have stayed on kolocep island twice now in the past 2 years and returned to this restaurant for lunch. Fortunately we were staying on Kolocep for 4 days as the restaurant was booked out everyday in advance except for the Monday lunch which we ended up having. We had octopus pec again as we did 2 years earlier for... More

This is not just a place to fuel up. This is an experience that will resonate with you forever. You have to book a small speed boat to get you there and back - how marvellous. Once there the staff are trained to serve and know what they are doing. The menu also demonstrates the chef and proprietors know what... More

Upon staying at the kalamota hotel, the restaurant is around 500 metres away. The setting is beautiful!! We arrived for our meal and taken promptly to our seat by a waiter. Our seat was exceptional with view that looked onto the sea and the mainland that when the sun is setting you can sit, relax and enjoy it. Our waiter... More

A friend recommended that we take a trip over to the island to dine at Villa Ruza, and I am so glad that we did. The restaurant arranged a private speedboat transfer for us which was really cheap between 9 of us, and half the fun of the evening was setting off on the water with the sunset. Once we... More

The restaurant arranged that Nico picked us up to bring us from Dubrovnik to the island. This unique haven of peace and serenity is a very romantic place! The food is delicious, the view is amazing and the staff is really friendly ! Just bring a jacket if there is wind. But totally worth it !
