Sometimes the quality of the service just makes your visit, and so it was with The Victoria. Our waitress was utterly charming, very attentive and helpful, altering the Peruvian fusion menu to suit my vegetarian wife. The food was extremely good, with some notable highlights....More

We ate here our first night in Dubrovnik and almost cancelled thinking we would be too tired. So pleased we went. We had the corner table on the terrace and watched the sun go down as we drank prosecco, amazing location and fantastic atmosphere. The...More

I had a good experience booking the reservation. The restaurant even said they could make a special cake but there would be an extra charge. We opted to order dessert off the menu instead which seemed to be cheaper per person. Service was a bit...More

Spent quite a while deciding whether to eat here or not. However as we were staying at the Hotel seemed a good idea, checked out the menu and talked to the waitress who served us in the evening. Very glad we decided to eat here....More

Highly recommended. The restaurant is located inside the beautiful Villa Orsula and specialises in Peruvian cuisine. Fantastic seafood dishes. Ask for a table closer to the seaside for breathtaking views of the Adriatic sea.

Excellent experience! We came for celebration with group of friends. Food was excellent - Peruvian cuisine merged with Croatian ingredients and atmosphere. To serve steak with spicy risotto sounds awkward first time but the combination of taste was excellent. Good local wines, very friendly staff....More

Description
Considered as the fore-front of the modern gastronomic revolution, Peruvian cuisine found its first fine dining address on the Adriatic Coast – Restaurant Victoria. Victoria newest menu makeover came together with chef Roberto Chavez who, guided by health-conscious cuisine philosophy, is determined to lead his guests through a flavourful “round the world journey” that Peruvian cuisine stands for. The richness of tastes comes from an already unique blend of different microclimates; those of Pacific coast, Andalusian heights and Amazon jungle, which centuries-long gracefully welcomed culinary influences from immigrant cultures. Blending in the Pre-Inca and Inca roots with the flavours of the Spanish, Basque, African, Asian and French, Italian and British cuisine Chef Roberto serves fine gourmet meals that reflect harmony and happiness beyond the kitchen.
