Dyen Sabai was recommended to us by a friend and we were glad to have dined there. I had to brave myself to walk across the bamboo bridge (at night) to reach to the other side of the river where the restaurant is located. Need...More

A very nice location above the bamboo bridge over the Nam Kahn. We only ordered the happy hour platter, but it was our only disappointing food experience in Luang Pabrang. It included water buffalo skin (not listed on the menu). The sauce was tasty, but...More

Great location, fun location, fun open air setting, great food selection and very friendly attentive waiters to ensure all goes smoothly. A real MUST to eat/drink at when in Luang Prabang. I went there 3 times. Beautiful.

The best lunch in Asia. We ordered the Lao Fondue Buffalo. It was amazing and delicious. Well served for 2 people, with vegetables, eggs, noodle. The view is also beautiful, good service, wifi and they accept credit card. Perfect place for lunch or dinner!

Across the Nam Khan River is this wonderful and well known Laotian barbecue restaurant. After descending some steps along the river you wait for a riverboat to ferry you across (not more than 5 minutes). Quite a romantic spot and everyone seemed to be having...More

This is do-it-yourself dining at its most delicious. Choose the fondue with either chicken, pork or buffalo. You'll be given a platter of fresh vegetables, noodles, and meat which you can cook on the hot coals and create your own steaming broth. Finish off with...More

No, not in my view, because of the nature of the bridge's construction and the steep access to it from both sides. You would need to take a taxi and go the long way round.

Description
Dyen Sabai offers Lao typical food. From November to August, we offer breakfast. We also have a nice selection of desert (foreigner sweet.. sorry the Laotians don't eat that much sweet!!) We also, have happy hour from noon to 7 pm, 2 cocktails for the price of one, on selected cocktails. You can reach us with a bamboo bridge (in dry season) (there is a fee for the bamboo bridge of 5,000 kips from 8 am to 8 pm, after this the bamboo bridge is free). We also do free boat from noon to closing when the bamboo bridge is not there (rainy season only)
