I'm a picky eater so I have a hard time on these trips but the mix of Western and Laos food here is perfect! The fries and bruschetta are spectacular sharing plates (best bruschetta I have EVER had) beautiful views too!

This is simple Laos food, we wondered how it would turn out as we were the only ones eating there that night, the food appeared one by one, the price was great, the wine ok nothing to shout home about, but it didn't break the bank either. The flavours were exquisite, delicate in all the right places and packed with... More

This restaurant is fusion but it has also some classical dishes. It is quite crowded and so we booked a table before coming. It is quite expensive but not too much.

We have been back 3 times for the cocktails - the best in Luang Prabang. Beautiful views of the river, the staff are awesome - my friend wandered off without her hat and the staff member jumped on his motorcycle to find us and bring it to us - unbelievable service. We'll be back for sure.

We were a little disappointed by the food here. It was fine, a little cheaper than other restaurants that we tried but less subtle, less interesting and a little greasier. If you try the Bamboo cookin school down the road you will appreciate the difference. Nice location and the cocktails looked good.

This is a great restaurant with very reasonable prices. We had green fish curry and stir fried eggplant, again with fish. Both dishes were delicious and complemented each other well. Service was prompt and friendly, and meal was inexpensive (US $15 including large beer and a glass of wine). Would go back, except there are too many other great sounding... More

We reserved a table outside across the street and overlooking the river. It was a bit cramped quarters with the seating not so comfortable. While most of the food was good, the beef I had was like shoe leather and I could not eat most of it. My wife enjoyed all of her meal. I can't fault this restaurant too... More

The service was stunning. The waiter is reliable. The food was tasty and healthy. The place is right side of the river view. Sometimes you will see the fishermen catching fish. Watching them is feels like on the big screen.

Rosella was highly recommended by an expat who lives in Luang Prabang, so we went with high expectations. The location on the Nham Kang river (top of LPQ) is idyllic and the staff are very kind. Drinks came promptly as did the menus. Said menu has a wide range range of Lao dishes. Our three dishes were good but just... More

We were able to sit at a table by the river which was lovely. My husband had the green curry and I had the red currry. Both were delicious. Service was also excellent. Certainly recommend
