The two girls that work on the front that give you the passports were extremely rude!!! Considering this should be a wonderful experience and they are the first people you see, they had bad attitude’s and make you feel a little intimidated. I pre ordered...my food. I was rushed through and given my passports, I looked at the passports and the food We ordered had been ticked wrongly by them! I went back in line and told one of them I’ve been given the wrong order. She said to me, we haven’t got it wrong, you have! And she gave me and my partner a horrible glare as if we was in the wrong. I just walked off just to check on my message who exactly was in the wrong.. she was. I then had to queue up again!!!.. and went to the other lady, I spoke to her as the other lady was staring at me. I said what had happened and she just said to me well I’m busy so if the order has been made there’s nothing they can do.l and turned away from me. I said but I haven’t made that order though, it’s on the message. She looked at me with her ‘mate’ and said you need to calm down, I am busy! I actually couldn’t believe I was being spoken to like that after just paying over £300 and looking and speaking to me like crap. I told her how dare you tell me to calm down, Ive not even raised my voice and it’s you that’s in the wrong with you and her treating us this way. It was all very rushed, I was actually really upset and wanted to just cancel(but no doubt I probably wouldn’t get my money back) Anyway my order was changed!!.. and the dinner in the sky was great, lovely chefs and host, three lovely men which made everything a lot better. We booked our dinner for 6.30pm- 8pm We was back down on the ground by 7.30 Your starter is ready while you are on the ground, they serve your main and dessert up in the air and as soon as it’s 7.30 your back down. All very rushed. Lovely experience but not worth the money and to be spoken to like that.More

I purchased a ticket off of Groupon. I emailed the reservation time as advised. They have not contacted me and it's been two days. I leave back for the US tomorrow and I have wasted my money. I called them a day after purchase to...see what is going on and was told the reservation team would get back to me via email. I have sent a total of four emails and I have not received a response. Now Groupon is saying I can't get my money back. I am disappointed because I was really looking forward to this experience. I would not advise to purchase on Groupon. This is horrible! Poor customer service form the reservation team!More

We are from the states and were out first time visiting Dubai! This was a must. It was so much fun. Great atmosphere the whole time, the staff and service were great and again, so fun! The food was fine, it's not why we did...the excursion. It wasn't bad and wasn't amazing. Just fine! We were in the air for about 45ish mins probably, not the full hour. The staff was amazing at taking photos and videos for us on our phones. Just a fun date night for sure.More

I can proudly say at 55, when was the last time, I did something for the first time. It was this. Dining in the sky. Suspended up in the air by a crane for about an hour, having a meal is nothing short of an...Super-Dooper Adventure. Table of 22 guests x 2 tables, each lifted by a crane to a height of about 150 feet, and then rotating slowly, to give a 360 degree view of the Dubai Marina, The Eye, and the Sky Scrapers, is an experience worth every penny. You have to try it to feel the adrenalin rush.More

In a nutshell I had a whale of a time being there celebrating my birthday. The staff was super friendly especially “BiJoy” who helped us to take pictures and videos. Dope “ Hiphop” music in general , however, one of ‘em songs was bizarre. Food...was nice. Ambience atmosphere. Great experience 👌🏻More

Positives: Great view and safe. Negative: the DJ was just awful.. offensive music. I didnt go there on valentines to hear VERY VERY inappropriate lyrics.. YOU MUST select a normal playlist and play it. DONT leave it to someone's playlist. Families come and hear pornoish...lyrics. The food was also very very bad. Please fix that menu. Fresher ingredient. the fish was just awful. it was just skin and no meat in it. everything tasted like hospital food.More
