All reviews brunch oysters cake address hotel burj khalifa downtown dubai window table amazing views fountain show bar manager dress code great cocktails during happy hour his team special occasion amazing place special thanks
We had great time at Neos yesterday. THE VIEW was unbelievable. 63RD floor gives you all view of downtown beauty.Burj Khalifa ,fountains.Thank you for great service, food and nice music. DEFINITELY reccomend to visit.
Neos is even for me old fart a MUST when in Dubai (roughly every two months). Mostly frequented by the Rich, Young and Beautiful of the UAE, the staff there is surprisingly accommodating and even friendly to most people.
As said in previous reviews, the...prices are very stiff indeed, and only halfway bearable (at least for the not-so-rich) during Happy Hour (currently from 17:00 till 19:00). However, the friendliness of the staff (ALL staff - no exception - even the bouncer) and the views fully compensate for the eventual hole in your wallet..
Unfortunately I cannot say anything about the quality of the food or other drinks except Asahi Beer and Glenfiddich Single Malt (oh, yes, and the water ...). But these are served with friendliness and (mostly) great efficiency.
One advice: count your own drinks - when you pay your bill, you have two options: a. smile at the money saved on drinks not on the bill, or b. make the barkeeper aware of his mistake ...More
Nice, clean lounge/restaurant with properly social distancing rules. The DJ is fireee 🔥with his playlist. We didn't wait too long until Friendly Festo came to our service.
Thank you Festo and Neos Team :)
We had fun and will visit soon or maybe every other...weekend💃🏽🙌🏽More
Only one thing which still keeps this place alive - is fabulous view. Interior is old and needs renovation. Staff is not attentive, was waiting for water 20 minutes and in the end got it cold and had to wait even more to change it...to room temperature.More
Such a nice ambience, great view , you can even see Dubai fountain from here, 63rd floor.
Special thanks to the manager Alex who made our stay so pleasurable like we are the guests at his own house, very attentive to details, fast with orders,...and very professional.
Great Athmosphere and food on a side, probably the best bar experiences we had at NEOS thanks to Ariel.
First, we arrived me and my fiancé the guy took the car and another person welcomed us in and in a minute Alex the manager showed...up asked us if got any reservation and if we’ve been there before then helped us to the elevator explaining how to get there.
By the time we arrived there was impresses how Alex managed to get to the bar after us, he called Ariel informing us that We gonna be taking care off by him. The table got disinfected again while we were enjoying the stunning view.
We placed our order got served more like a fine dining than a bar, the service was premium. Ariel was so caring and familiar with what our need would be.. he offered water and sparkling water, our drinks were replenished on time each time. we spent an amazing time in a cosy place enjoying the privacy and the view.
The whole experience was stunning, Ariel approached us in such a professional manner and asked us if we were celebrating something, we got impressed how did Ariel go beyond and managed to guess that and actually we were celebrating our anniversary and explained that the place means a lot to us and that’s where we met for the first time. Few minutes after he showed up with a cake and a candle, we were speechless.
We left with an amazing positive memorable experience to tell to our family and friends.
We are so fortunate to have this place just a few minutes away from home, i highly recommend it and definitely coming back
Ariel was so professional really friendly He know what he’s doing and what he’s talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is his main priority.
Thank you so much Ariel,
Majda and jean christopheMore
I would like to take this opportunity and share my feedback about last night in Neos Bar & Lounge.
I have been coming to Address Downtown so many times and never experienced such neglect!
First on the arrival hostess said we do not have reservation...( we had and one of our friends was sitting on the table already). She said we are not allowed to enter without reservation, yet 2 walk in people( couple was let in)
We were at the table at 10.40 and wanted to order a package which you have. Waiter( who did not understand English properly) told us we can not have our drinks nor start with a package until the rest of our group arrives. It was 3 of us at that moment and we wanted to enjoy our night and have a great time.It has been told that in order to proceed to packages all people on the table have to go for it. Ok. No problem. We say all people at the table will go for it. 3 more people were coming. Then they said, oh well we have to wait for them to arrive?! We explained to the waiter we do not want to wait for them until 12.30 just gives us drinks now and they will take a package as well.
After almost one hour and a half, back and forth with conversation we received our drinks.
I wish the problem stopped there. The service was horrible. We asked for rum, but didn't get it. Some cocktails , which no one of us ordered, came to the table.
I understand it was Thursday and it was busy and I am not raising feedback for slow service, I am raising feedback for not caring at all for guests who actually came to spend money in your placeMore
We had been wanting to try Neos for a while and decided to check it out for a few drinks before we were to have dinner in another venue closeby.
I called up two weeks before and asked to reserve a table, they said that...it was walk in only on the weekends. Which I thought was strange as some friends of mine had booked a table a few weeks back on a Friday with no problems, but anyway...
Next I asked what the dress code was and if my partner could wear shorts. Not sports shorts or denim shorts but nice linen shorts (as it is still quite hot and our dinner reservation was outside). They laughed and said 'No, no shorts allowed' Fine.
When we get there it is around 6:45pm and it is pitch black and they have the music on FULL BLAST to the point we cant talk to each other. Don't get me wrong, I love a good bit of music, but not at 6:45pm. It would have been fine after 9pm but it was too much for pre dinner drinks.
Next we noticed that a man on the table next to us was in shorts....weird when they said no shorts allowed? There was also a table which had a 'reserved' sign, so I asked a member of staff how it was reserved when we were told we couldn't reserve?? He said you can only reserve for tables of 10 or more (this table was for 4 people and also current regulations allow only tables of 8??)
It felt they were picky with their clientele and who they allowed to do what, which is a shame because they had no idea how much money we were going to spend.More

You can’t fail to miss Dubai’s iconic Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest building. It towers over the city and resides in the prestigious Downtown development. Once an old army base, Downtown is now the jewel in Dubai’s crown, a beautiful residential and leisure area housing not only the world’s tallest building, but the world’s largest fountains and mall. Wide marble sidewalks are perfect for strolling, with
restaurants, art galleries and children’s play areas. Specially commissioned sculptures line the roads and Downtown is often used as a canvas for modern art displays and community events such as Classic Car Shows and National Day parades. In the cooler months, cross one of the many bridges to the Burj Khalifa park and enjoy a picnic alongside residents and visitors, or enjoy a lunch or dinner watch the dancing fountains. Because of its mixed use, Downtown is a fantastic place to mix with Dubai residents and locals and watch real life unfold in a cosmopolitan environment.
