I've been to many countries and got a chance to dine at plenty of restaurants. But, in my experience, this is the worst I've ever seen. On one hand, this chain tries to show that they're among the premium restaurants (from price perspective). But the food and service is worse than a road side eatery. I am not sure how... More

the vegetable items used here are all frozen, the sambhar taste is awkward, the price is high, the staff are all in-attentive.

Almost everything is same food and service but pricing is too high, for two vada 9dhs, you have to re think before charging or robing money for your customer. Should explain the customer about price and what you serving with vada accompaniment,it's only coming on the side with no accompaniment so if u care about feed back please revisit your menu.

This is a part of the chain of restaurants all over India and outside India also. The rates are reasonable and the food is just of the same taste we have in India. Variety of foods available but not exclusive south indian i would say. One can pamper its stomach if missing your taste.

The service the food quality and almost everything is of the standard they deliver in India. Nothing changes even when they are in a developed country. One goes only to eat ethnic food out of necessity. Easily avoidable.

The brand that sets apart for all the also rans is nothing more than an also ran, well at least in Dubai. Tried idli, dosa and pongal, nothing had the typical SB stamp in it. There are better alternatives for South Indian vegetarian delights, SB not worth the hype anymore.
