The food is really nice, the best Chinese food in town, but the service is awful, they taking more than hour to give us our order. It's not worth..... :(

Look folks . . . for those of you that blow in and blow out, you'll have to forgive the service, the speed, and the owner. My family and I don't come here for any of those reasons, we come for the food. There is no comparison here. The other 'chinese' food in town is a disgrace. We eat here... More

After reading the reviews, I was expecting to wait a good hour before being served. I patiently and calmly waited for 2 long hours alone at my table when I finally decided to get down and complain. The 3 lovely waiters were a bit speechless to hear that I've been there for 2 hours. A short instant later, my plate... More

Had fried rice and sweet and sour pork. Expected it to be many times worse than it actually was. The fried rice was pretty decent and the sweet and sour pork was made using the right type of vinegar. Big surprise! My only gripe is the terrible service. Staff basically knew almost nothing and didn't bother to make the service... More

They don't have several things listed on the menu. We know to expect less than dazzling service in Bolivia, but the member of staff serving us was misery personified, and acted put upon answering the simplest of questions about the menu, ie does this have mushrooms in it. Plonked things wordlessly on the table before walking away despite us speaking... More

When we heard there were Chinese restaurants in Sucre, we were giddy with excitement. After reading the reviews here, we were a little worried we were going to be disappointed. Well, we went with no expectations and we were pleasantly surprised! Of course it wasn't Chinese like we would have at home in cities with sizeable Chinese communities, but if... More

Was here at 7:30PM on week night, no one else was here. Not an uncommon feature of some of Lonely Planet's picks, unfortunately. We received menus and then were ignored for 15 minutes. The menu was uninspired for sure. Combined with the lack of patrons and the lack of service, we decided not to risk it and left (no one... More

After reading some of the comments posted I think you don't know Bolivia. Bolivia is a country that has nothing, nothing. There are at least three chinese places in town. This one is far the better. I don't want to miss represent by saying the best because I've had good chinese back in the US. However, yes his menu is... More

To be honest it was typical chinese food, there was plenty of it and I enjoyed it, but it wasn't anything special. One of our party ordered the fish, but we were all pretty sure that it was a chicken substitute!
