I hadn't been here before and don't know why! The staff was fun and friendly. The food was delicious! We had pizza, lasagna, an antipasto salad, and the Italian hoagie. We loved having our sangria in the mason jars. And the best part? While everything else is jammed with an hours-long wait after a game, we walked right into Dominick's... More

Back at Dominick's after many years. The only thing that has changed is that the beer is better. The sangria is still top notch as is the eggplant sandwich. The patio is still great. My whole family loved this place.

Dominicks is a casual Italian restaurant with a lovely courtyard. Must try the Sangria. It's especially popular with alums before the game on football Saturdays.

Have been here three times. We are not students but one of us likes to reminisce and eat here to remember his days as a student at U of M many years ago. The sandwiches are awesome! They are toasted perfectly with delicious fillings. I'm not usually a sandwich person but I do love these sandwiches. Skip the soup.

I suspect that if you are a student, you don't need to read a review of this place, you have already been here. The food is average sub-shop fare, with lots of Italian pasta choices. I really like the atmosphere, an old house downtown with outdoor seating in front and back. At lunch recently, it was quiet, but I can... More

We were a party of ten parents with three kids along for the ride. Two of the kids were under 21, but were allowed in when accompanied by parents. Most people order at the counter and pick up food and drinks when their name is called. We paid extra to run a tab (not sure how much but for our... More

We had the best time at Dominick's. Drinking on the patio all afternoon with family and friends. The only thing I didn't like was that since this is counter service, they should be asking for tips. If it was waiter service, that would be a different issue.

If you're in the area of the Law Quad or Business School, grab a sandwich and a Ball jar of sangria or beer, and head out to the courtyard. Good stuff. Plus you can get some idea of what it was like to be a university student in the 1960s...

Took a group of out of town visitors to this traditional campus spot before we went to admire the gorgeous Law Quad. We all found Dominick's very disappointing. The food was not at all appealing or tasty - just greasy and bland. The filling in the sandwiches was hard to find! I cannot recommend this restaurant for the food. Others... More

This is one of those places you go before a game or after a game. It's crowded, but fun atmosphere. Food is ok, we always get pizza. The drinks come in mason jars - there's always a huge beer/sangria line - we usually just get sodas - but the majority seem to do beer & sangria. They do have a... More
