We loved the atmosphere and the concept behind : students training. The staff, although young, was great. We ordered as many dishes as possible to try out Cambodian delicacies, all exceeded our expectations.

It is wonderful to be able to assist young people to train to work in hospitality. Their service was excellent. We loved all the dishes, they were fresh, flavoursome and authentic. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Just a short tuk-tuk ride away from the centre of Siem Reap this restaurant has a great atmosphere. The staff are friendly and look after you. Great food - upmarket Cambodian styled with seasonal variations. The company had a great ethos too! It’s a must!

Description
Marum features a winning mix of creative local cuisine, and is named after the Moringa, or 'Tree of life' - very appropriate, as customers will be enjoying a fantastic dining experience that helps build a new life for the students in training there!
