One of our favourite meals in Siem Reap! Our hotel staff recommended Marum for our last night saying it was their pick for special occasions and they were right! All tables are in a private outdoor courtyard lit up by candlelight. Meals are fresh, innovative...More

Our driver recommended Marum, two minute walk from Heritage Suites Hotel. We had a great meal: stir-fried prawns with mango, cashew nuts and rice; duck croquettes with hoisin sauce and extra jasmine rice. Accompanied by a decent beer and a glass of sauvignon blanc. And...More

Stopped by based on Lonely Planet. Food was good. Servers were tentative as there did not seem to be a person leading the group. Friendly quiet staff and worth stopping by for a good cause. The strawberry pepper shake was amazing.

This restaurant has the most adventurous dishes on its menu. We tried the spring rolls, fish and chicken dishes and it was great 👍🏽

My friend recommended this place as it is a restaurant that will use their profit to support the local community. We shared three dishes for dinner and they were all very nice. Cocktails are delicious too. Staff were friendly and it had nice outdoor seating.

Loved the idea here of training new staff and having them learn openly. The restaurant, with multiple locations in SEA, attempts to educate tourists on responsible tourism and has plenty of literature available. A unique idea for a restaurant. They have games for kids like...More

We were quite excited to try this restaurant as it serves a nice cause (they train future staff to provide great hospitality service), and also because we couldn't try their restaurant when we were in Phnom Penh. We ordered different dishes: hummus, salad, smoked chicken...More

A little way off the beaten track but worth the effort to find, a training school restaurant. Everything is under supervision as students are all learning and some don't speak good English ( yet). Excellent menu 2 of us shared 2 tapas dishes and some...More

Description
Marum features a winning mix of creative local cuisine, and is named after the Moringa, or 'Tree of life' - very appropriate, as customers will be enjoying a fantastic dining experience that helps build a new life for the students in training there!
