I had the guanaca and my husband had the steak. The guanaca was really good, the steak wasn't. The service was average for this area and it was good people watching. Overall okay but I wouldn't return.

Our last day's lunch was eaten here, and the meal was tasty and well-presented. The sea bass and salmon were nicely prepared and delicious. Vegetables are side dishes and are extra. Good lunch place.

With its old fashion look and aproned waiters, this place is a must do. The food is not expensive for its quality and very large portions. Fish soup is wonderful, guanaco very tasty. Don't be in a rush though as service can be slow.

I stopped here because it looked local and like it would offer a fulfilling hot meal after returning from TDP. I didn't realize it was listed in a guidebook so it quickly became filled with non-Spanish speaking tourists then locals. The staff did not seem to speak fluent English but kindly worked with those trying to order in English. The... More

Small Restautant located in downtown Puerto Natales, only 17 tables usually crowded. Waiters run in all directions so service is attentive but as usual in Chilean Restautant's patrons may eat with different times (chef skip part of the order). The food is blend, and local delicacies are ok, but not the best in town. They offer "first come first served",... More

fresh seafood, natural salmon (make sure to ask them not to overcook, as "rare" is the right way to have salmon) are best. Ceviche is exceptionally good. Easy to recognize "El bote" : a small boat is by the street!

Tasty seafood..Very good centolla . The lunch time menu of the day, if basic, is good and the fish is good.

We walked in off the street due to the dish if the day offer @ $4000 Hadn't realised it was el Bote (which we were going to visit any way) Starter - ceviche (this was delicious ) Main was a simple pollo/Ave stew - but tasty followed by a chocolate mousse. The other dishes looked lovely too -ranging from $5000... More

El Bote was recommended to us by one of the staff at our hotel. Service was very good and it was a first opportunity to try Guanaco, which I liked. My wife had the fish soup which she too enjoyed, but it would be nice if they would completely shell the shrimp. We were there before high season so I... More
